Thus this study seeks to identify the role and importance of public relations in sports institutions in the Syrian Arab Republic, from the perspective of workers in order to illustrate of the reality of the functioning of this sector in the organizational structure .the descriptive method is used with analytical survey manner . The method was applied to a sample of 44 individuals representing 88% of the research community. Thestudy concluded with several important resultswhich include that there is a difference in the employees'point of view about the role and importance of public relations according to axes of the study. The current study aims to examine the level and role of public relations in spreading sports culture from the point of view of the workers in the Syrian Football Association. It also aims to identify the most important factors that have an impact on carrying out this role. To achieve these goals, the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach of survey style. The research community included employee in the field of public relations at the level of the Syrian Arab Football Association and the level of clubs in six governorates, and some of the fans of Syrian football. The sample was taken using comprehensive counting, where the number of sample members reached (141). The study concluded that there is a weakness in the performance of public relations, by the federation and the clubs, in terms of disseminating sports education among the masses. There are also statistically significant differences between the research axes in the extent of their contribution to the spread of the sports culture. For the benefit of the axis of public relations functions and its educational and pedagogical role.
The aim of this study was to identify the degree of effectiveness of the performance of the secondary school principals in the Directorate of Education in the province of Damascus from the point of view of teachers. To achieve the goal of the study, a tool consisting of (44) items has been developed and distributed on six areas. The veracity of the tool and its persistence has also been ascertained and applied on a random sample consisting of (236) male and female teachers working in the official schools of the Directorate of Education located in the province of Damascus. The collected data has been analyzed by extracting the arithmetic means, the standard deviations, the analysis of variance, and the post hoc Tukey's test. The results showed that the effectiveness degree of performance of the managers of the secondary schools has recorded an average rate according to the teachers. Whereas, the effectiveness degree of the recruitment technology, school climate, and planning has been high. The effectiveness degree of performance, concerning school tests, academic achievements, leadership, has achieved an average rate. The findings have indicated no statistically significant differences attributable to the independent variables at the function (0.05) on the different fields of the study except of the variable experience degree of school tests. The differences have been in favor of those who have an experience of less than 5 years. A number of statistically significant differences have been detected and which have resulted from the interaction between gender type and the academic qualification within the realm of academic attainment. The differences have been in favor of males holding BA degrees along with those working in different fields such as, recruitment of technology, school climate, and school tests. The differences have been in favor of females holding degrees of intermediate institutes.
The research aimed to identifying the Opinion of Sample of worker at Tishreen University in the role strategic Planning importance, Crisis Educational Management, also to define the differences in Opinion of Sample to these variable the scientific qualification. This study has aimed to recognize public health insurance services introduced to the employees of Tourism department in Lattakia. Also, for knowing the customers (partners) satisfaction level on health insurance services. A questionnaire has been established and distributed to the Lattakia Hotel administrative staff. In addition, data has been studied and analyzed by using SPSS. After data has been analyzed the researcher had a set of results: the discount (reduction) and package price policies applied in the business are successful and have a positive influence on the tourist demand, whereas the psychological price policy is unsuccessful and is almost absent in the business according to Lattakia Hotel Administrative employee.
