The Research aims to investigate the administrators and teachers opinion in the degree of having of Planning Competencies of Schools Administrators of the Basic Teaching (Level two), and to study the different of such opinions according to variables (the functional name, scientific and educational qualification, expertness).The sample included (262) Administrators and Teachers for the academic year 2014/2015. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire composed was designed including (70) items included competencies planning; distributed to the six areas (planning to courses, Planning to Time Management, Planning to Educational outputs, human resource management, material and finances management, Planning to Management communication of the community. The final results showed that possession the Planning Competencies were middle rated, the results did not show statistical significance differences among sample answers averages in possession the Planning Competencies according to the variables of expertness, but there are found statistically significant differences according to the variable functional name in favor of the schools administrators, also according to the variable of scientific and educational qualification in favor of the diploma educational qualification and postgraduate study. The Research suggestions to building measurement for Planning Competencies, and doing training courses before joining scholastic job.

The goal of the current research know the degree of the exercise of basic education teachers performing competencies from the point of view of the managers of the first schools in the city of Latakia. To achieve the goal of the search designed rese archer identify composed of (37) distributed on 6 competencies. The researcher used the descriptive approach analytical work, the research sample consisted of (39), teachers of schools in the first episode. The research found the following results: the degree of the exercise of basic education teachers competencies implementation of the lesson, calendar and promote learning, the use of educational materials, the teaching methods and the design of educational activities, were medium. . While the exercise of questions classroom instruction, management were high-grade. In addition, the study indicated that there was no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the sample due to the gender variable and variable experience The existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample on the questionnaire of competencies attributed to the variable of the academic qualification (secondary, university, and deepening educational qualification) for the benefit of the managers of the university certificate and deepen the educational qualification.
This research aim to identify the administrative communication skills in the Schools of the Basic Teaching (One Stage) from the view of Administrators and Teachers in Lattakia city. Also studying the differences in the view points of the sample man agers according to the variables: (job title, scientific and educational qualification, experience). To achieve the object of the research a questionnaire has been included (64) methods, distributed to fifth areas, then applied to a sample of (92) managers and (308) teachers for the academic year 2015/2016. The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Tishreen. Pilot sample consisted of (48) managers and teachers, Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at lest (0.707), and (0.853) at Spearman-Brown.
The study aimed to assess the extent to which the teachers of the first cycle of basic education in Al-Hasakah achieved the criteria of TQM from the point of view of the principals of these schools. The researcher used a questionnaire which include d the following criteria: 1. Planning and designing educational attitudes; 2. Providing, 3 - the ability to understand the scientific material and understand the nature and integration with other materials, 4 - the use of strategies and techniques of education, 5 - assessment of students and follow - up learning outcomes, 6 - cooperation with his superiors and colleagues, students and parents. The study found that the TQM standards of the teachers of the first cycle in basic education in Al-Hasakah governorate from the point of view of managers were very high for all standards except for the criterion of using the strategies and the educational techniques were achieved with a medium degree. There were statistically significant differences among the members of the research sample according to the gender variable in favor of females. There were statistically significant differences among the members of the research sample according to the variable of administrative experience for the benefit of those with experience from 1-5 years. Evaluation. In the light of previous findings, the study presented some suggestions that can be traded to improve the quality of teachers' performance in accordance with TQM standards.
The present study aimed to explore the degree of employment of teachers of the second cycle of basic education of modern education techniques in education from their point of view in Damascus, namely Al-Mezzeh. The sample consisted of (186) teacher s and teachers (79 teachers and 107 teachers) The study was a questionnaire by the researcher. The study reached the following results: 1- The degree of employment of modern technologies was a medium. 2-Data show technology ranked highest, followed by computer technology, followed by Internet technology. 3- There are no differences between the average score of the study sample members (males, females) in the use of modern technologies. 4- There are no differences between the average grades of the sample of the study according to the type of school (boys, girls).
This study aimed to identify the reality of educational technology for teaching science in the laboratories of basic education schools in hasakah from the point of view the teachers and their attitudes towards.
