The research aims to detect the possibility of secondary schools management in the city of Lattakia, according to total quality management from the perspective of teachers, And to know the differences in attitudes towards management of secondary sc hools, according to the concept of total quality depending on the following variables (sex, educational qualification, years of teaching experience). To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire composed was designed including (72) items distributed to the seven areas (scholar strategic planning, the quality of teaching and learning processes, Educational Evaluation, openness to the community, educational leadership actors, organizational culture in the school, and information management at the school). The questionnaire was conducted on a sample of (278) teachers, with (18%) percentage for the academic year 2014-2015. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Damascus and Tishreen Universities and the Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at lest (0.7).
The present research sought to find out the attitudes of a sample of teachers of public secondary schools towards early retirement, and to what extent these attitudes differ according to the research variables. The number of the study sample consist ed of teachers. (399) The researcher used a measure of the attitude towards early retirement which was tested for its valuably and veniality The most important search results: The order of the reasons why the teacher tend to early retirement was as follows: health, materialistic, psychological, social, functional. The research aimed to identify the degree of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City from the Teachers' point of view in their Schools. The research provided some suggestions such as preparing training programs to train Secondary Schools Managers on Management by Values, also conducting other researches about applying Management by Values theory at Schools.
The objective of this research is to identify the organizational climate in basic education schools in the province of Damascus, from the point of view of teachers and the nature of human relations prevailing between them. This search used descriptiv e analytical method. The sample included (328) teachers of primary schools in the province of Damascus for the academic year 2012/2013. To achieve the objective of this research, the organizational climate questionnaire has included (38) items, and human relation questionnaire has included (30) items. Results show that, there were significant relationships between organizational climate and human relations prevailing between teachers. The aim of the research is to identify the attitudes of secondary school teachers towards the use of the inverted learning strategy in teaching science, and to study differences in their attitudes according to gender variables, years of teaching ex perience, scientific qualification and computer literacy. The research was based on a descriptive method. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of (200) teachers and schools, (187) of which were fully valid and valid for statistical analysis, with a response rate of (93.5%). The research found a number of results, the most important of which is that the attitudes of secondary school teachers towards the use of the inverted learning strategy in teaching science is positive and relatively important (79.9%). The results showed no statistically significant differences between the average scores of teachers in secondary education in Lattakia in their attitudes towards the use of the inverted learning strategy according to the gender variable, while there were statistically significant differences according to the variables of the academic qualification and the years of teaching experience and computer knowledge.
