The current study aimed to explore the attitudes of student teachers in the Faculty of Education - Kuwait University and the College of Education Hassakeh – Furat University towards their profession for the future. The tool of the search was a que stionnaire prepared by the researchers. the most important results were: that the gender variable has an effect on student teachers attitudes towards the teaching profession in both samples of the research, and these differences in favor of Female students. not to the variable There was no effect of specialization of student teachers attitudes towards the teaching profession in both samples of the research. Also it was not clear the effect of the variable of the school year on the attitudes of a sample of students of teachers in the Faculty of Education - University of Kuwait, while it had an impact on a sample of students of teachers in the Faculty of Education Hassakeh –Furat University.
The aim of this study was to identify the professional growth programmers for staff members at Al-Balqa'a University. It also aimed to find out the effect of sex, qualification, specialization, experience and academic grade on the methods of vocat ional growth for staff members at Al-Baqka'a Applied University. The study specifically attempted to answer these two questions: What is the professional growth method used by staff members at Al-Balqa'a Applied University? Is there a significant difference on the professional growth methods due to sex, qualification, specialization, experience and academic grade from their points of view?
This study aims at recognizing the influence of some factors; the nationality of students, academic year, gender of the lecturer and the lecturer's academic status, in evaluating the staff teaching performance as one aspect of educational performa nce. The research tool designed for this purpose comprises 58 statement grouped under four categories and distributed to 400 male and female students randomly chosen from the Faculty of Education in Al-Baath University, Syria to evaluate the teaching performance of seven lecturers in the same faculty. The study concluded that a statistically significant differences identified in the results obtained from the evaluation conducted by the students of the teaching performance related to the teaching staff according to the variable of 'academic status' , contrary to other variables.
The results of this study showed a significant decrease in the pace of the presence of democracy on the three axes, where the degree of democratic interaction reached 45%, while the degree of human rights attained 50.59%, and the axis related to d emocratic values amounted to 45.5%. On the whole the percentage rate of all the axes reached 47.3% and these percentages indicate a low level of democratic practices in Kuwait school . Finally the study has provided a number of important recommendations related to the results of the study.
This study aims at exploring the obstacles of using e-learning as perceived by the teaching staff at Al-Balqa'a Applied University, and defining the influence of a staff's being specialized and having an ICDL certificate on these obstacles. In ord er to have this aim attained, the study adopted the Analytical Descriptive Model for which a questionnaire, after having been confirmed in terms of credibility and constancy, was developed consisting of (24) items. This questionnaire was distributed to a population of (96) teaching staff at Irbid University College and AlHusn University College.
