The current study aimed to explore the attitudes of student teachers
in the Faculty of Education - Kuwait University and the College of
Education Hassakeh – Furat University towards their profession for the
future. The tool of the search was a que
stionnaire prepared by the
researchers. the most important results were: that the gender variable has
an effect on student teachers attitudes towards the teaching profession in
both samples of the research, and these differences in favor of Female
students. not to the variable There was no effect of specialization of
student teachers attitudes towards the teaching profession in both samples
of the research. Also it was not clear the effect of the variable of the
school year on the attitudes of a sample of students of teachers in the
Faculty of Education - University of Kuwait, while it had an impact on a
sample of students of teachers in the Faculty of Education Hassakeh –Furat University.
The objective of the present research to reveal the relationship of
training courses attended by the first episode of basic education,
teacher in-service in possession of the necessary competencies and
direction for teaching about this profession.
Through recognition to
the concept of in-service training, and knowledge of aspects of
teaching skills needed for basic education teacher first episode.
