تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تقصي اتجاهات الطلبة المعّلمين في كلية التربية - جامعة الكويت و في كلية التربية بالحسكة - جامعة الفرات نحو مهنتهم المستقبلية. و تمّثلت الأداة الرئيسة للبحث باستبانة أعدها الباحثان. و توصل الباحثان إلى عدد من النتائج كان من أهمها: أن لمتغير الجنس تأثير على اتجاهات الطلبة المعّلمين نحو مهنة التعليم في كلا عينتي البحث، و هذه الفروق لصالح الطلبة من الإناث. و لم يكن لمتغير التخصص تأثير على اتجاهات الطلبة المعّلمين نحو مهنة التعليم في كلا عينتي البحث.
كما لم يتبين لمتغير السنة الدراسية أي تأثير على اتجاهات عينة الطلبة المعّلمين في كلية التربية - جامعة الكويت بينما كان له تأثير على عينة الطلبة المعّلمين في كلية التربية بالحسكة - جامعة الفرات.
The current study aimed to explore the attitudes of student teachers
in the Faculty of Education - Kuwait University and the College of
Education Hassakeh – Furat University towards their profession for the
future. The tool of the search was a questionnaire prepared by the
researchers. the most important results were: that the gender variable has
an effect on student teachers attitudes towards the teaching profession in
both samples of the research, and these differences in favor of Female
students. not to the variable There was no effect of specialization of
student teachers attitudes towards the teaching profession in both samples
of the research. Also it was not clear the effect of the variable of the
school year on the attitudes of a sample of students of teachers in the
Faculty of Education - University of Kuwait, while it had an impact on a
sample of students of teachers in the Faculty of Education Hassakeh –Furat University.
