in our research we came to the
conclusion that the targeted protection of criminal possession is
actual possession and possession of the intended protection criminal
either by the prosecuting magistrate or the criminal judiciary is not
the posses
sion concept in the law civil and protected by three claims
of possession, and that the prosecuting magistrate's position is to
follow-up.
The real estate valuation is the process of estimating the real estate
price based on the real estate description and property features .
The aim of this research is to define the main variables and study
their effects on defining the price of the
residential real estates in
Damascus, hence to build a mathematical model based on Multiple
Regression Analysis method for the valuation of these Real Estates
Data on 130 residential real estates in Damascus were collected
and analyzed using the SPSS package .
The Analyses have revealed that it is possible to rely on the
Multiple Regression Analyses model to estimate the price of the
real estate but only after defining and testing its shortcomings and
transforming the model into Multiple – Non linear Regression
model .
This research concluded that the relationship between the price of
the real estate and the studied variables is nonlinear .
The programming interface presented in this research makes it possible
to manipulate them easily and flexibly by all specialist users, as well as
the possibility of managing, displaying, searching, amending and saving
these plans through the appro
ved programming interface which was
applied to more than one real estate area. It is considered the foundation
in the future comprehensive automation process of the Real Estate
Department. In this research, the same real estate plotting approved by
the General Real Estate Department was adopted ( real estate areas
names and numbers) when manipulating them, using the ARC GIS 9
program.
This study aims at investigating the effect shown by the electronic
banking services in the bank financial performance throughout
making an applying study on the public banks working in Syria.
The Syrian Real Estate Bank has been chosen as a unit
for analysis
and inspection. It is considered one of the first banks that adopted
the electronic banking work concept as well as providing electronic
banking services in Syria. It was provided with the financial data,
before provision the electronic services, which paved the way to
make a statistical study and served the purpose of the research. The
study was carried out from 1995 till 2013.
Search includes the geodetic study local network triangulation real estate in Slenfeh
area, and propose a solution for the local network linking public real estate network in
Syria based on a comparison of the 2D-Transformation results so as to cho
ose the optimal
conversion which avoids the occurrence of interactions between regions and schemes real
estate and reduces distortions network after conversion (shift, rotation, scale). At first been
touched to date geodesic network set up in Slenfeh region and the stages of execution, and
the problems of engineering, and then to the transformation methods used in the link, and
apply them to the network, and choose the best conversion, and set parameters optimal
transformation, have been proposed solution depends on the network is divided into three
segments so that Network least deformation resulting from the transformation in each
sector.
A computer program that has been prepared for the implementation of the
transformation and linking local grid points by using the C # programming language.
It has been verified the resultant transformation parameters by comparing linear
measurements calculated from coordinates resulting from the transformation with linear
measurements in the network observation records, and execution field measurements of
some of the points and calculate its coordinates and compare it with the coordinates
calculating fromtransformation.
This research includes a set of mathematical models for simulating the financial
activities. Worked models are determined to approve the form of inflows to the bank and
outflows.
We tried to study different types of banks, and performed some condi
tions to make
sure that the bank is working in stabilized situation. Furthermore, we identified the factors
affecting the achievement of stability. These models allow more flexibility in the
discussion and analysis of banking operations, helping to discern periods approaching the
crisis and draw attention to the overall status of the bank. Analyzing these models gives
additional time to control withdrawal and take the necessary decision at the time.
The research evaluates the organizational culture of real-estate banks through evaluating its essential basics: training techniques, leadership styles, existing traditions and customs and employee satisfaction. Research results show that organization
al culture is not convenient with Total Quality Management requirements. The research introduces a group of recommendations, such as: specify a clear plan of the bank that should be fitted with Total Quality Management, encourage forming the quality teams, enable employees to banking works and set modern training programs that contribute in confirming the quality culture.
