The leadership traits is one of the distinguished characteristics of the personality of
the soccer referee that help him perform his duties in the game under the multiple pressures
circumstances, so it was to identify the relation between the these
features and the referee's
performance may help to raise the level of performance which is the main objective of this
study that applied to 24 international and federal Syrian soccer referees, the descriptive
method of correlation study style is used.
The study concludes that the degree of leadership traits of the referees is a high
degree. The study also found that socialization feature is the most successful one, and that
the performance of the referees' degree is very good the study also concludes that there is a
positive insignificant correlation between the degrees of leadership traits and the degree of
performance.
The study aimed to identify the level of participation in university activities and
the level of leadership characteristics and degree of the students participating
in university activities in Baath University and the knowledge of the differences
in the level of leadership traits among students participating and nonparticipating
in university activities in Baath University, where the researcher
was adopted in his study descriptive and analytical approach being more
curriculum in line with this study, and use the questionnaire as a tool to study,
study and applied to a sample of the Baath University students / fourth year /
composed of (425) students.
Leadership characteristics are pivotal for the personality and performance of head nursesas evident by many research studies which showed the influence ofleadership characteristics on organizational outcomes that related to , performance, job satisfa
ction, as well as the effectiveness of teamwork. The study aimsis to assess the personal leadership characteristics of head nurses in Banias National Hospital and Tartous Cardiac Surgery Center. The study results showed that head nurses rated themselves highly on loyalty, experience and knowledge, whilst nursing staff rated their head nurses highly on professional appearance, and least regarding the following leadership traits: trusting their teams, empathy, and compassion which concurred with self-rating of head nurses. Head nurses also rated themselves highly and significantly higher than staff rating on communication skills followed by managerial skills, motivational skills and finally problem solving and decision making skills.
The study aims to determine the effect of leadership behavior in job satisfaction, from the standpoint of Ultra-Medica pharmaceutical company employee, also aims to test the managerial grid theory to identify the patterns of leadership behavior, and
find out the level of job satisfaction among the company's employees, as well as to identify the impact of personal changes in the level of job satisfaction among the company's employees.

The objective of this study is to identify the various attitudes taken by
male and female employees towards the woman's assuming leading
administrative posts in the business establishments of the Omani society,
and to point out the differences between male and female employees'
attitudes in the light of variables such as: sex, social status, work
experience, age and educational level.
