The leadership traits is one of the distinguished characteristics of the personality of the soccer referee that help him perform his duties in the game under the multiple pressures circumstances, so it was to identify the relation between the these features and the referee's performance may help to raise the level of performance which is the main objective of this study that applied to 24 international and federal Syrian soccer referees, the descriptive method of correlation study style is used. The study concludes that the degree of leadership traits of the referees is a high degree. The study also found that socialization feature is the most successful one, and that the performance of the referees' degree is very good the study also concludes that there is a positive insignificant correlation between the degrees of leadership traits and the degree of performance.

The goal of this study is to identify certain essential Anthropometric and
physiological measurements for midfielders in the Syrian Premier League and to study the
relation between these variables in relation to the midfield position. For this purp
ose, this
study was applied to 70 midfielders in the Syrian Premier League from 9 teams in the
League. After that, certain anthropometric measurements, like height, weight, Body Mass
Index BMI, Maximal Oxygen Uptake (VO2 max), Shuttle Run Test 20m-Test, and Jump
and Reach Test, were collected. The research showed the following results: Average
weight is 70.6 ± 6.43kg, average height is 174.79 ±5.28 cm, and BMI 23.10 ±1.64 which
all are similar to the results of other researches, but we found a clear difference in the
results of physiological tests VO2max where the players achieved an average of 51.21 ±
5.57 ml.kg-1.min-1 which is less than the results of many international studies and less
than average numbers achieved by the elite international soccer players which vary
between 55 and 68 (ml.kg-1.min-1). In Jump and Reach Tests, average height was 46.153
±56.92 cm which is also less than the results achieved in Soccer. After studying the
relation between the physical measurements with the VO2max and Jumping, no relation
was found between the height and Oxygen Uptake (P> 0.05, r =0.06) and between the
height and jump (P> 0.05, r = 0.02), and we were also not able to find a relation between
the height and VO2max (P> 0.05, r = 0.08) nor between the height and jump (P> 0.05, r =
0.06), or between BMI and VO2max (P> 0.05, r = 0.06), or between the height and jump
(P> 0.05, r =0.11). In the end, we can say that the physical measurements of the
professional midfielders in the Syrian Premier League are similar to other measurements
all over the world while the physiological capabilities in vertical jumping and Maximal
Oxygen Uptake are less than the results given by other studies conducted to the elite soccer
players in the world.
Readability plays an important role in the stand on the appropriateness of the textbook what maturity level of language for pupils who decided on them, and the availability of the terms of her textbooks contributes in making them perform their desire
d interest. In light of these large importance of Readability the absence of manifest studies which investigating Readability textbooks becomes clearer at the local level. Accordingly , the study aimed to determine the level of Readability book (my Arabic) scheduled for pupils basic sixth grade in the Syrian Arab Republic, and know how the order of literary texts in the target book depending on the degree of its Readability, identifying differences in the Readability between the average scores of students Depending on the following variables: (gender, school rate, read type, and type of word deleted).
To achieve the objectives of the study, researcher followed the descriptive approach, and chose randomly ten literary texts from the book (my Arabic) for the sixth grade primary by five prose texts and five poetry texts, and were selected by a systematic random sample representative of the book activities, they are: Drills of third unit, sixth, ninth, then the second ten.
Based on a sample of subjects in the study prepared by the researcher of two tests: first, the sequel test to measure the level of Readability prose and poetry selected texts from the book (my Arabic) basic sixth grade. the second: Test Readability workouts consisting of (35) Question of multiple choice ; To measure the clarity of the questions of the book (Arabic language) for the basic sixth grade, and its accuracy in the expression of the task required of the pupils to implement.
Then the researcher to apply the two tools study on a random sample of pupils basic sixth grade in public schools in the city of Damascus, consisted of 505 students, spread over 12 scholarship divided on (12) class in (6) schools, of which 258 pupils, and (247 ) schoolgirl.
Well to answer questions about the study and test the validity of hypotheses, researcher of the study sample tranferred answers to the Statistical Package for Social Sciences terms of data (Spss); and calculated the averages, standard deviations, and percentages, and use the T - test for two independent samples, and analysis of monogamous variance for more than two independent samples, and test Hevah Scheffe comparisons posteriori.The study showed the following results:
• Degrees of (110) students within the independent level of Readability; (21.78%) of the total number of the sample, while the degrees of 184 pupils In the educational level of Readability; percentage of (36.43%), while degrees (211) pupils has occurred within the frustrating level Readability; that is accounted for (41.78%). By combining the number of students at the educational and independent levels, it is clear that the "Arabic Language" book for the sixth grade is suitable for 294 students, or 58.21% of the students whose the book is prepared for. The results also showed that the average scores of students at all levels of Readability reached (45.85), which is located within the educational level of AlInqiraiah.
• The presence of a statistically significant difference between scores of the students in the level of Readability book (my Arabic) scheduled for the sixth grade primary in the Syrian Arab Republic attributed to the variable sex, in favor of females.
• The presence of a statistically significant difference between scores of the students in the level of Readability book (my Arabic) scheduled for grade basic sixth grade in Syrian Arab Republic. attributed to the following: (academic average for pupils, And read type, and the type of word deleted in testing the sequel), in favor of each of the following categories: (average high school, and prose texts, and name).
• Not included prose and poetic texts in its location in the book (my Arabic) for the basic sixth grade depending on their degree of its Inqiraiah.
In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the need to take the authors of the curriculum as a standard of Alanaqraiah, and the preparation of textbooks more than the level of each class to suit individual differences among students, as suggested further studies in the field of Readability on other textbooks.
The study aimed at identifying the level of communication effectiveness practiced by
administrators in sports institutions in the Syrian Arab Republic. The researcher used the
descriptive method in the survey method to fit the research purposes. Th
e study was
conducted on a sample of 102 managers in the General Sports Federation, In a random way
from the original search community.
The results of the study showed that the communication components "transmitter,
message, receiver" are consistent with each other and there is no difference between them
which serves the goal of communication as an administrative process. The communication
level was medium among the sports workers in the Syrian Arab Republic. Work and
achieve its objectives by understanding the meaning of balance between communication
components.
The researcher recommended that the importance of communication as an administrative
process like other processes, such as planning, organization and follow-up by the
administrative leaders, and emphasis on detailed attention to the components of
communication to achieve its goal and not focus on the component without the other, and
attention to identify the reactions resulting from the process of communication in order to
identify the extent of achieving goals And to develop communication skills development
programs among the administrative leaders and the sports workers.
The study aimed to identify the level of participation in university activities and
the level of leadership characteristics and degree of the students participating
in university activities in Baath University and the knowledge of the differences
in the level of leadership traits among students participating and nonparticipating
in university activities in Baath University, where the researcher
was adopted in his study descriptive and analytical approach being more
