يعُّد التمكين أحد الممارسات الادارية الحديثة التي تحتل حيزا كبيرا من تفكير الإداريين وأصحاب القرار في المنظمات، وذلك نظرا لاثاره وانعكاساته الايجابية التي تمتد من المنظمة والعاملين فيها إلى المجتمع ككل. كما تعتبر الحوكمة (الادارة الرشيدة) من أكثر المواضيع الادارية التي حظيت بالاهتمام في الفترة الأخيرة، ولعل اهميتها تنبع من نتائجها وآثارها الايجابية ليس على مستوى المنظمات فحسب بل على مستوى المجتمع، فهي بمثابة عملية إعادة بناء وهندسة للأنظمة الإدارية في أجهزة الدولة ومؤسساتها على اختلاف أنماطها ونشاطاتها. فالحوكمة تضمن ترشيد استخدام الموارد المتاحة، محاربة الفساد الإداري، تحقيق اهداف الدولة وفق أفضل المعايير، الامر الذي يساهم في الارتقاء بالمستوى المعيشي للأفراد والمساهمة في القضاء على الفقر وتحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية. قامت الباحثة بدراسة العلاقة بين المفهومين السابقين التمكين والحوكمة من خلال دراسة علاقة كل منهما مع أخلاقيات العمل والتنمية الادارية، ومثل القطاع المصرفي بشقيه العام والخاص مجتمع الدراسة، في حين كانت عينة الدراسة عينة عمدية حيث تم تحديد المصرف العقاري، المصرف التجاري ،المصرف التعاوني الزراعي في القطاع المصرفي العام، والبنك الدولي للتجارة والتمويل والبنك العربي ، وبنك قطر في القطاع المصرفي الخاصو وقد تم توزيع 313 استمارة وكانت اهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها: ١_تطبيق الحوكمة وبصورة مدروسة في القطاع المصرفي الخاص اكثر منها في القطاع المصرفي العام. ٢_تطبيق مبادئ التمكين بصورة أكبر في القطاع المصرفي العام منها في القطاع المصرفي الخاص. ٣_ توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تمكين العاملين ودرجة الافصاح و الشفافية المطبقة في المصارف
Empowerment is considered as one of the modern management practices, which occupies a great space of administrators' and decision-makers' thinking, due to its effects & positive impacts which extend from the organization and its employees to the community as a whole. Also ( good governance ) is one of the most important administrative issue which has lots of attention at the current period, and its importance stems from the results and the positive effects of it; Where Governance ensures rational use of available resources, fight against administrative corruption, achieve the objectives of the state according to the best standards, which contribute to improve the standard of living for individuals and contribute to eradicate poverty and achieve social development. The researcher has studied the relationship between the two concepts of ex- empowerment and good governance through the study of the relationship of each of them with the ethics and development. The community of study was the banking sector, both public and private, while the sample was an intentional sample. The researcher distributed (313) questionnaires, and the most important results were: 1. Governance is Applied significantly in the private banking sector more than in the public banking sector. 2. the principles of empowerment are applied in public banking sector more than in private banking sector. 3. No statistically significant relationship between the empowerment of workers and the degree of disclosure and transparency applied in banks.

state or at least maintain a presence, but this change may be
a nuisance for those whom affected, and it forces them to
face and respond it, due to personal or general reasons, so it
is necessary to know 'what is the change, its causes, method
of implementation, the objectives, how of the team respond to
it, and see if the construction projects has special or unique
features and if there is differences between them.
A questionnaire conducted to find out these facts and try to
infer the characteristics of public and private construction
projects and compare between them, and offer suggestions
and solutions for managers to learn how to deal with the
circumstances and workers within the team, in order to in
develop the project.
This research work aims at whether or not corporate governance has an immediate effect on voluntary disclosure concerning financial or nonfinancial data, and defining the degree of this effect. To achieve this aim, the researchers developed an index
against which voluntary disclosure may be measured, in the field of study represented by private Syrian banks. The study covered the last six years for each bank.
The study adopted a strategy of testing the study hypotheses, using
analysis regression method.

This research aims to recognize the reality of the application of internal marketing
policies in the Syrian banking through a comparative study between public and private
banks in the extent of the application of these policies (the culture of serv
ice, internships,
Publishing of marketing information), the study included three public banks (Commercial
Bank of Syria, real Estate Bank of Syria, the agricultural Bank), three private banks
(international Bank for trade and finance, Arab Bank, Bank Audi), and to achieve the
study objectives were to build a questionnaire, applied to a sample of employees and
customers at the six banks, and the search is over to the following conclusions Private
banks tend to apply the internal marketing policies are larger and clearer than the public
banks, There is a difference in the application of the service culture variable depending on
the type of bank (in-particular), There is no difference in the application of in-house
training variable depending on the type of bank (in-particular), There is a difference in the
application deployment marketing information variable depending on the type of bank (inparticular)
and The private banks internal marketing policies applied better than public
banks.
The importance of this study emerged to identify the relation
between workers empowerment and organizational loyalty level.
From the practical point, the importance of the study is represented
in the possibility of providing consultation and guida
nce to the
professionals in the human resources management to develop the
methods of workers empowerment in harmony with the job
enrichment of business the thing that reflects positively on creating
high degree of organizational loyalty at the workers.
The researcher addresses the role of enabling employees to increase job
satisfaction in public hospitals of the Syria coast. The research aimed to study
the role played by the dimensions of selected empowerment and to identify the
extent of their
impact on job satisfaction in the provinces of Tartous and
Lattakia and then provide a set of proposals for the managers of these
hospital,to increase the degree of job satisfaction among workers in the those
