تأمين الخصائص الفراغية الداعمة لعمال المعرفة و للأنماط الجديدة من العمل و التي من شأنها تحفيز
الإبداع و التعاون و التفاعل بين الموظفين.
و بما أن سوريا تشهد تطورا ملحوظاً في قطاعات العمل المعرفي [كقطاع الاتصالات، و الإعلام،
و المصارف، و الدراسات و غيرها]، فقد أصبح من الضروري وضع الإطار المحدد لاستراتيجيات تصميم
فراغات العمل المعرفيَة ، وصولا إلى أعلى مستوى من الكفاءة و الإنتاجية في هذه المنشآت.
