Building Sector is considered one of the most energy-consuming sectors. In addition to lighting, heating and cooling systems have become important consumers in all buildings (private or public) which ensure the comfort and healthy environment in the lowest price, meeting with the develop of energy management systems. This dissertation discuses the various ways of building Energy management system (BEMS) and the possibility of developing it especially in air condition and light sectors.

The problem of energy conservation is classified as the challenge of the age. As the population increases, energy consumption increases, and modern designs don't provide solutions to stop depletion of resources. The main goal of environmental desi gn is to employ natural energy sources to achieve the micro-climate conditions required in buildings, thus saving energy. Studies have proved the validity of many concepts that were the basis of the traditional architecture design classified within solar environmental architecture.
The re-use of return air in central conditioning systems is one of the most important procedures for saving power consumption. However, the requested fresh air of the people existed within the conditioning space imposes determining the number of ti mes to be used. This research aims to link the work of the central conditioning system (heating) of a facility with the number of people existing within this facility by modifying the ratio of mixed fresh air and return air to save the electrical power consumption. Also, to raise the temperature of the mixture air by controlling the flow of hot water continuously rather than using on-off technique. As well as, to respond to any change in the number of people and get rid of repeated machine starting. Our research has been done by using specialized physical model consisted of test room, heat and movement sensors, pump, water tank, heat exchanger and air mixing blades. These devices are controlled by microcontroller type PIC16F877A. The experimentally obtained results showed the ability of controlling the amount of return air depending on the number of people and controlling the speed of the pump continuously providing a saving of electrical energy consumption up to 68% compared with the case of full speed.
This study aims to identify the concept of Knowledge management as considering it as one of the new management theory that many organization trying to apply it useful of his advantage, also the aim was to identify the Knowledge procedures and cause s of return of libraries and information system to Knowledge management, in addition to identify requester of Knowledge management application in the libraries. The research design was the theory deism as most appropriate for this study. The results of this research show that there was no significant different between libraries duties, information systems, and Knowledge management procedures, also that the most important requisites of Knowledge management application in libraries was existing of three elements which are: organizational culture, organizational knowledge, knowledge management technology.
The study seeks to determine the real time in electrical power system, which consists of generating, transmitting and distributing equipment by using redistributing active power of electrical generators in order to organizing the overload operation of electrical power transmission line loading in such case that the spare loads of electrical station are not covering the important and necessary loads at failures. The most of laws related to electrical power systems design indicated to proper ratio of real time of electrical power system equipment along with characteristics of probability distributed functions in addition to statistics methods which give a high possibility to reduce the real time of considered loads; so; this leads to the requested solutions which reduce the damage of failures at any time.
In this paper, an analytical and mathematical study of the PCM wallboards was done by simulate its thermal behavior, depending on governing heat transfer equations which describe the phase change process of the PCM wallboard . A mathematical model was done and used to simulate the thermal behavior of several different structures of the wall (single PCM wallboard, PCM wallboard + thermal insulation layer, PCM wallboard + a concrete block).
