يعتبر التعاون بين المحطات القاعدية في نظم الاتصالات النقالة الحديثة من مثل LTE أو (Long-Term Evolution) وكذلك LTE-Advanced (4G) من أهم التقنيات التي تسمح بتحسين التغطية ونوعية الخدمة المقدمة للمستخدمين. يهدف هذا البحث إلى اقتراح خوارزميات عملية للتعا
ون بين المحطات القاعدية على الوصلة الهابطة (Downlink) في هذا النوع من الأنظمة وسبر أداء هذه الخوارزميات من خلال بعض نتائج المحاكاة.
تعتمد الخوارزميات المقترحة على إعادة الإرسال الهجين (HARQ: Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest) بناءً على قرار مشترك بين المحطات المتعاونة يُتخذ في ظل معرفة معينة عن حالة القنوات اللاسلكية. تقدم إعادة الإرسال الموزعة، أي المعتمدة على التعاون، أداءً أفضل من حيث معدل الخطأ على المعطيات والتأخير الزمني لإيصالها بشكل صحيح، وذلك مقارنةﹰ بإعادة الإرسال من محطة واحدة بدون تعاون.
This Paper aims to Studying the factors of Quality measurement in information
systems applied in telecommunications companies. The study is divided into four
main factors; the first factor is time which consists of four sub factors (Timelines,
upd
ating, Frequency, and Availability). Second is Form which includes Five sub
factors (Clarity, Details, Presentation, Order, Media).Third is Content which
includes nine sub factors (Accuracy, Relevance, Completeness, Concinseness, Scope,
Security, Reliability, Economy, Competency).Technical, the final factors, it consists
of two sub factors (Software Quality, Hardware Quality). We have tested this model
in Syriatel Company to prove its validity, and applicability in many other types of
organizations. Time and content factors was the final result for factors of Quality
measurement in information systems applied in the syriatel company.

Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the commonest cancer in fair-skinned adults, and
it can result in extensive morbidity through local recurrence and destruction
more than 750000 new cases are diagnosed in the world annually, and the
incidence is risin
g.
To our knowledge, a distinct information about BCC in Syrian population is
scarce.
This study was performed in dermatology hospital of the university of Damascus
between 1-1-1997 and 1-1-1999. A total of 255 cases of histologically-confirmed
BCC 's were studied.
Our results showed the most significant characteristics of BCC in Syria: 67.1% of
patients were men, while 32.9% were women. The median age was 58.9. the part
most frequently involved was the central face (45.5%), while the trunk and
extremities were involved in (7%). Multiple BCC was found in 7.7%.
The most common histologic types of BCC were: circumscribed solid (45.4%),
adenoid (13.3%), and invasive solid (12.5%).
In the introduction of this paper, we present a background on SDR, in
section 2, we give a quick demonstration of main GSM features and ways to
improve QoS in it. After a short recognition of key fading effects in section
3, we analyze in section
4 the Soft Output Viterbi Algorithm used to
perform equalization tasks in GSM. In sections 5 and 6, we use simulation
results to effectively categorize variable parameters of the flexible equalizer
upon user defined level of QoS. We show also the importance of such
approach in effectively utilizing hardware resources dedicated for
performing digital signal processing tasks, and in reducing power
consumption required for these tasks.
