يهدف البحث إلى تحديد درجة صعوبات البحث المعلوماتيّ باستخدام المكتبة الجامعيّة في مجالات: (مجموعة المصادر, الإجراءات الفنيّة, الوقت, المكان, التعامل مع الموظفين). ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، استخدم المنهج الوصفي، تمّ بناء استبانة, مؤلفة من (20) بنداً، وطبقت على (544) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة جامعة تشرين خلال العام الدّراسيّ 2015/2016، وبالاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائيّة المناسبة تمّ التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: 1- إنّ درجة صعوبات البحث المعلوماتيّ باستخدام المكتبة الجامعيّة في مجال مجموعة المصادر هي درجة متوسطة لقلّة المصادر الأكاديمية التخصصيّة. 2- إنّ درجة صعوبات البحث المعلوماتيّ باستخدام المكتبة الجامعيّة في مجال الإجراءات الفنيّة متوسطة وذلك لاعتماد المكتبة الجامعيّة على التصنيف الموضوعي بشكل عام وليس التخصصيّ حسب الفروع. 3- إنّ درجة صعوبات البحث المعلوماتيّ باستخدام المكتبة الجامعيّة في مجال الوقت متوسطة ذلك أنّه أحياناً يكون الوقت ملائم للطلبة حسب جدول محاضراتهم , وأحياناً عكس ذلك. 4- إنّ درجة صعوبات البحث المعلوماتيّ باستخدام المكتبة الجامعيّة في مجال المكان متوسطة وذلك بسبب العشوائية في الترتيب لقاعات المكتبة أحياناً. 5- إنّ درجة صعوبات البحث المعلوماتيّ باستخدام المكتبة الجامعيّة في مجال التّعامل مع الموظفين متوسطة وذلك لقلة المكتبيّين وأيضاً لقلّة التخصصيّين الأكاديميّين في موضوعات البحث التي يقصدها الطّلبة . 6- إنّ صعوبات البحث المعلوماتيّ باستخدام المكتبة الجامعيّة تزداد مع تقدّم الطّالب في الدّراسة, ذلك أنّ الطالب في مرحلة الدراسات العليا أكثر بحثاً من الطالب في مرحلة الإجازة. 7- اقترح الطّلبة مجموعة من المقترحات التي من شأنها الحد من صعوبات البحث المعلوماتيّ باستخدام المكتبة الجامعيّة: ( اقتناء مصادر أكثر تخصصاً, اعتماد تصنيف موضوعيّ تخصصيّ, زيادة عدد ساعات الإعارة, العناية بأثاث المكتبة, تعيين موظفين تخصصيّن في مجال الموضوع التخصصيّ للمكتبة, زيادة نسخ الكتب ذات الطلب, توفير قاعدة بيانات للمكتبة على الانترنت)
The research aims at determining the degree of the difficulties of the information seeking by using university library in the areas of: ( sources group, technician procedures, time, place, dealing with employees), To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used descriptive approach, a questionnaire was done . consisting of (20) clause. It was distributed for (544) students in Tishreen University at 2015/2016. , and relying on appropriate statistical methods, results were as following: 1- This research resulted in a medium degree of the difficulties of the information seeking by using university library in the field of sources group because of lack of academic specialist sources. 2- This research resulted in a medium degree of the difficulties of the information seeking by using university library in the field of technician procedures because university library depends on classification in general not specialist one. 3- This research resulted in a medium degree of the difficulties of the information seeking by using university library in the field of time because time sometimes is suitable for students according to lectures table, sometimes is not. 4- This research resulted in a medium degree of the difficulties of the information seeking by using university library in the field of place because of some chaos. 5- This research resulted in a medium degree of the difficulties of the information seeking by using university library in the field of dealing with employees because of lace of librarian and specialist employees too. 6- the difficulties of information seeking increase throughout the coming years of studying because of student in high studies degree search for information more than student in license degree. 7- Students suggest some ways that decrease difficulties of information seeking in using university library: ( acquire specialist sources, depend specialist classification, increase hours that students can use the library, attention of library's furniture, appointment specialist employees at faculty field, increase copies of required books, design system of university library's data on internet)

1- This research resulted in a low degree the permitting of information services by university library.
2- This research resulted in a medium degree the ensuring factors that encouraged to ask for information service by university library .
3- There are significant differences at (a = 0, 05) between the means of (males and females/ studying filed on information services by university library. The results were favor of female / practical colleges.
4- There are significant differences at (a = 0, 05) between the means of (males and females/ studying stage on ensuring the factors that encouraged to ask for information service by university library. The results were favor of female / students at high studies stage.
The research aims to study the reality of information infrastructure in October, including the University of libraries contained in both paper and electronic networks and laboratories, and the study of information awareness to undergraduate students
at this university.
The researcher used descriptive analytical method, and relying on random sampling and stratified proportional distribution is the distribution of the research sample the (397) students on university faculties, and using appropriate statistical methods was reached following results:
1- The results showed that the level of information awareness, and effective use of information among undergraduate students at the University of October is generally a high level, but there is limited variation at this level also showed differences and test results mean coefficient values.

This research aimed to study the relationship between job rotation and organizational performance in administrative offices at Tishreen University, where job rotation is dealt with as one dimension. Whereas, organizational performance was measured th
rough the two dimensions of efficiency and effectiveness. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The questionnaire was distributed to /363/ individual workers in the working administrative offices at Tishreen University, and the stability of the scale was confirmed by the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. In order to test the hypotheses, appropriate statistical methods were used where both researchers used descriptive statistics, a difference test for one sample ‘one sample t test’, and the Pearson test to test the linear correlation between the study variables. Through testing the hypotheses, a number of results were reached, including: The low level of job rotation and the low level of both efficiency and organizational effectiveness in the working administrative offices at Tishreen University. There is a moderate strength positive relationship between job rotation and organizational effectiveness. There is a strong positive relationship between job rotation and organizational efficiency.
