يهدف البحث إلى تعرف مستوى الذكاء العاطفي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة اللاذقية, و دراسة الفروق بين متوسطات درجاتهم ضمن هذا المستوى تبعاً لمتغيرات: الجنس, و مكان الإقامة, و المؤهل العلمي, و سنوات الخبرة. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, و شمل مجتمع البحث جميع مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة اللاذقية, البالغ عددهم (167) مديراً و مديرة, و نظراً لصغر حجم مجتمع البحث, تمثلت عينة البحث بالمجتمع الإحصائي الأصلي بعد استثناء (10) مدير و مديرة تمّ تطبيق الدراسة الاستطلاعية عليهم, و بناءً على ذلك تمّ توزيع (157) استبانة على المديرين, و أعيد منها (146) استبانة كاملة و صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي, و بنسبة استجابة بلغت (92.99%).
This research aims to identify the level of emotional intelligence among secondary
school's directors in Lattakia, and study the differences between them at this level
depending on variables: sex, academic qualification, and years of experience. This research
adopted the descriptive and analytical approach. The research community included all
secondary school's directors in Lattakia, totaling 167directors. due to the small size of the
research community The research sample consisted Statistical original community after an
exclusion (10) directors, Exploratory study was done and therefore Questionnaire was
distributed to (157) school's directors, and (146) complete and valid questionnaire for
statistical analysis Return in response rate 92.99%.
