This study aims to determine the role of elements of sustainable marketing mix in achieving marketing efficiency in General Company for Metallurgical Industries (Barada). This was done using the descriptive approach. A questionnaire consisting of a set of questions related to the studied research variables and distributed to a sample of workers in General Company for Metallurgical Industries (BARDA). The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. And the study reached a number of results. 1- There is a statistically significant relationship between the sustainable product and achieving marketing efficiency in General Company for Metallurgical Industries (Barada). 2- There is a statistically significant relation between sustainable pricing and marketing efficiency in the General Company for Metallurgical Industries (Barada). 3 - There is a statistically significant relationship between the sustainable distribution and marketing efficiency in the General Company for Metallurgical Industries (Barada). 4- There is a statistically significant relationship between the sustainable promotion and marketing efficiency in the General Company for Metallurgical Industries (Barada). The researcher also presented a set of proposals and recommendations that are expected to help the company's employees develop the working means in the company to reach a competitive position by establishing its marketing efficiency in the Syrian market.
This research aims to propose the requirements that needed for developing the cadastral regulation and management in Lattakia's rural municipalities, in order to support sustainable land development, and protect the cadastral properties, as a fundame ntal step towards a cadastral system development. We conducted an analytical study in some rural municipalities (Mashqieta) and at the cadastral directorate. It included the master plan, building control regulation, subdivision projects. The strengths of the current cadastral regulation have been identified: its reliability, the existence of master plans, and building control regulation in all the municipalities. Weaknesses were also identified in terms of: master plan that did not take into account the boundaries of the properties, the land topography, the criteria weakness of selection the organizational segments, the building control regulation, and weakness of the cadastral and regulatory legislation. Many requirements have been proposed for developing the cadastral regulation in rural municipalities, such as: legal, technical, institutional, and other requirements related to functions, jobs, experiences and qualifications.
This paper is an analytical study of tourism plans of China’s Hainan Province and the Syrian coastal region before the Syrian war commenced in 2011. It compares the two types of tourism (in the Mediterranean and the Asia Pacific) and concludes with a n integrated model of successful regional tourism. The focus is on strategic plans of the last two decades and how they facilitate tourism, specifically, how strategic plans can be translated into sustainable tourism development projects in both regions. The strategic plan in the Chinese case considers environmental, economic, institutional, and social characteristics of tourism development, which determines the necessary infrastructure and environment for the further development of tourism. This is contrasted with the absence of such a strategy in the case of Syria. Data were drawn from in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. Qualitative research techniques were used to analyze the available data and to form a detailed description of the past, present, and future potential for tourism in the two regions. The study measures transportation, land use/land cover patterns, tourism and tourism development, urban development, and strategic plans. It applied the lessons learned from Chinese tourism innovations in Hainan to propose an executive plan for sustainable tourism development in the Syrian coastal region once the present war has ended. This requires the active participation of all relevant stakeholders from almost every domain despite differing interests. It further requires improving the integration of three separate developmental factors (social, environmental, and economic) as complementary rather than conflicting elements. Agricultural development projects are a vital and effective tool in achieving the goal of comprehensive development, and the most effective way to improve rural life in all its fields, especially when development projects target poor rural househo lds. The research has intended to identify the social impact of livestock development project, It was conducted on small livestock farmers In the Midland Area , A random sample was used to include (11) villages in Homs governorate and two villages in Hama governorate. The sample size was 75 beneficiaries.
The study states that the rural community at the Syrian coast witnessed actually group of changes that were in touch with many sides of its structure and different functions, thus takeoff of the first light sparks was as an indication of the rural community entering into the first stages of the modernization and comprehensive development epoch. The study got to a conclusion stating that: entering electricity into the coastal countryside resulted truly in extension of utilization area in the agricultural field and public service, and then electricity provided the objective pivots to attain the countryside stability, and pushed the development wheel of its possibilities forward just as the urbanized community, because the sustainable development is completely and continuously societal operation. In spite of the important changing role that electricity played in the rural developmental operation, but the ambition is still larger in extending the utilization of this type of energy densely in both agricultural industry and tourist industry sectors, where all basic factors of promoting these two sectors in the coastal countryside are available, what ensure a rich source for supporting the national economy that consequently sustains the national returns of the foreign currency and forms a prop in the operation of attaining requirements of social welfare of the entire society.

The survey conducted for the role played by rural women in various aspect: social, economic and particularly agricultural fields create a database, which might help for the efficient Management Human Resources. Which has a crucial impact on the ve rge of sustainable development. This study investigated to describe the rural woman`s activities. Moreover, the study aimed to define the most important challenges and difficulties affronting of rural development women in the studied area. According to the study, the most of the economic activities carried out by women contribute to a very good part of the family income, although there are ranges of challenges that hinder the expansion of this activity. Based on the study, the most important of these limitations is absence of the Women's Union efficiency and rural Extension. As well as the lack of loans for supporting the economic activities carried out by women and other classified challenges.
