our goal through this research to determine affecting health services in the mortality rates in Syria and reduced to a smaller number of default variables (factors), and provide mathematical models reflect the estimated the impact of health services in the studied mortality rates in Syria, where we turned to the style factor analysis in the reduction of the number of health services variables, and then multiple linear regression method in the study of the decline of deaths variables on the health service factors and reached a result, three mathematical models estimated the impact of health services in deaths in Syria.

Abstract The provision of health services indispensable to the process of population development, particularly in developing countries, since they must be of the development process be accompanied by a parallel health services aimed at improving the characteristics of the population by providing prevention and treatment. The aim of this research study the reality of health services and the reality of population development in Syria and the study of the relationship between them so we made in the second quarter review of literature of the concept of health services, and then studied the evolution of these services in Syria in four areas: prevention services, treatment, health workforce, health economics. In the third chapter we dealt with a review of literature of the concept of population development and population policies and then studied the reality of some of the population development indicators in Syria: the rate of population growth, the crude birth rate, total fertility rate, the crude mortality rate, infant mortality rate, the mortality rate of children under five years, life expectancy at birth. In the fourth quarter we down sample health services variables in a smaller number of variables method using factor analysis (Factor analysis) where we have introduced in the analysis of fifteen variables and we got the three factors represent health services and we reduce to call it by a factor of health factors and to tunnels preventive services worker and worker hospitals. The same applies to the variables of population development where we reduce seven variables of population development in the factors we reduce a designation by a factor of infant mortality and fertility factor .And then we studied the relationship between the factors from the health services as independent variables and factors derived population development as a subsidiary of variables using multiple linear regression method and we got a result, the athletes on the two models represent the relationship between health services and population development in Syria.
The aim of this study is to identify the quality of health services provided in the public sector hospitals in the Syrian Arab Republic. The paper adopts the analytical descriptive approach where the phenomenon or the problem under study is describ ed accurately and expressed quantitatively and qualitatively. The comparison method is used to identify the similarities and differences between the Syrian governorates. The secondary data, available in the local Health Directorate and the Central Library of Statistics, are reviewed. Some of them are selected to present comparisons, in addition to reference to several secondary sources, such as studies and reports related to the study, to evaluate the quality of the provided health services. After analyzing the data, we found that Syria did succeed in improving the health conditions of citizens through the study of statistical indicators related to health. Pertaining to training, it shows the lack of the required level of quality of the offered health services in hospitals at the time that training, especially in this sector to keep abreast of successive global developments and successive which have great impact on the health services quality.
This study aimed at identifying the concept of human capital migration and identifying the main internal causes behind the phenomenon of human capital migration in Syria by studying the impact of a range of economic, social and health factors (unem ployment rate, death rate, life expectancy, (15 years and more), the rate of inflation, the graduation rate of undergraduate students and the graduation rate of students of studies in Syrian universities) on the rate of human capital migration, based on the data between 1990 and 2010. The researcher reached the following main results: High inflation leads to l The high rate of migration of the human capital, while the low unemployment rate leads to the high rate of migration, but the high rate of employment leads to a slight increase in the rate of migration and this is because most of the young groups pursue studies outside the country after graduation, The increase in life expectancy at birth leads to a sharp drop in the rate of human capital migration. The high percentage of university graduates leads to a high rate of human capital migration. This is due to the fact that the largest proportion of graduates prefer immigration to work or to follow them in countries Other, while a The increase in the proportion of graduates of study students leads to a decline in the rate of human capital migration. This is due to the fact that they prefer to continue their education within the country, thus reducing their chances of emigration due to the continuation of their education or because of their increasing awareness of the importance of their presence within the country.
As a result of knowledge and vast experience possessed by the auditors, in addition to the audits of the financial statements, they provide advice to managements of various institutions, accounting services or bookkeeping (manual or automatic) or p rovide accounting data processing services. sometimes auditors provides tax services, although, the provision of these accounting services can spoil his independence for this unit, and can not, therefore, that maintains a neutral point of view during its review process. To reduce this, many international professional organizations developed standards and rules of professional conduct, must auditors abide by them, the researchers has discussed all above Theoretical and practical, then reached for results confirm knowledge of auditors in Syria of standards that governing their profession, and they help their clients' by provide accounting services and the provision of tax services without intervention decisions relating to the institution or to provide consultancy and advice to managers.
