The paper describes a system for automatic summarization in English language of online news data that come from different non-English languages. The system is designed to be used in production environment for media monitoring. Automatic summarization can be very helpful in this domain when applied as a helper tool for journalists so that they can review just the important information from the news channels. However, like every software solution, the automatic summarization needs performance monitoring and assured safe environment for the clients. In media monitoring environment the most problematic features to be addressed are: the copyright issues, the factual consistency, the style of the text and the ethical norms in journalism. Thus, the main contribution of our present work is that the above mentioned characteristics are successfully monitored in neural automatic summarization models and improved with the help of validation, fact-preserving and fact-checking procedures.
We analyze if large language models are able to predict patterns of human reading behavior. We compare the performance of language-specific and multilingual pretrained transformer models to predict reading time measures reflecting natural human sente nce processing on Dutch, English, German, and Russian texts. This results in accurate models of human reading behavior, which indicates that transformer models implicitly encode relative importance in language in a way that is comparable to human processing mechanisms. We find that BERT and XLM models successfully predict a range of eye tracking features. In a series of experiments, we analyze the cross-domain and cross-language abilities of these models and show how they reflect human sentence processing.
Data mining techniques have numerous applications in malware detection. Classification method is one of the most popular data mining techniques. In this paper we present a data mining classification approach to detect malware behavior. We suggested di fferent classification methods in order to detect malware based on the feature and behavior of each malware. A dynamic analysis method has been presented for identifying the malware features.A suggested programhas been presented for converting a malware behavior executive history XML file to a suitable WEKA tool input. To illustrate the performance efficiency as well as training data and test, we apply the proposed approaches to a real case study data set using WEKA tool. The evaluation results demonstrated the availability of the proposed data mining approach. Also our proposed data mining approach is more efficient for detecting malware and behavioral classification of malware can be useful to detect malware in a behavioral antivirus.
This study aims to study the effect of demographic factors on the behavior of investors in the Damascus Stock Exchange. The researcher adopted a questionnaire to be distributed to investors in Damascus Stock Exchange.
The study, has Focused on determination of the most important hydrochemical characteristics of water at AL-kabir alshemali estuary area by determination the concentration of nutrient ions (nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, phosphates and silicates) and th e factors affecting them. Water samples were collected from several stations of that area between March 2017 and January 2018. The highest concentrations of nutrient throughout the year were reported at river estuary point (K0), a depression in their concentrations was observed in the station distanced away from the river estuary point, compatible with salinity gradient. River estuary point (K0) formed the main source of nutrients that are distributed to other stations. Nutrient concentrations showed clear gradual depression in winter down to more than 1,000 meters from the estuary point, while the gradient in summer has less extension, It was within the first 50 meters in some monthes.
This research presents a study with the help of Finite Element Method and the use of CATIA V5 program to know the behavior of a permissible link - column used in metal structures at high temperatures (on fire). In this article we will present an an alysis using the finite element method using the CATIA V5 program for the effect of different engineering parameters (plate thickness, screw diameter, reinforcement nerves) on the behavior of joints used in metal structures on fire. We also studied the effect of the number of bolts on the stresses and transitions in the link and their comparison with the welding cases. We studied and analyzed the studied model and obtained the deformation and failure schemes at high temperatures, the flow charts and the temperatures that show the behavior of this link to the fire. We also obtained the stress and strain schemes for the link and the transport and load schemes at different temperatures and the behavior of this link at these different temperature.
This research aims to study the role of salesman within two dimensions (ethics, manners, behaviors, and skills, efficiency of selling) in achieving client loyalty. To do this, a questionnaire was developed, and interviews were done with pharmacists, researcher used descriptive approach in data collection.
A computational model of the fatigue crack initiation period on the helical gears ,with consideration of the heat treatment by carburization and friction effects, is presented. In order to calculate the number of stress cycles required for the appe arance of the initial cracks, and study the influence of dynamic behavior. For this end, a dynamic model of gear with two freedom degrees in torsion developed in Matlab and fatigue criteria are used. The computational results are compared with those obtained using strain- life method. The obtained results show that appearance of initial fatigue crack depends strongly on the friction coefficient between the surfaces, heat treatment, and on the dynamic load.
This study aimed to investigate the role of electronic promotion in influencing on consumer attitudes toward the products offered by the economic institution. Also determine the level of the use of information and communication technologies of Algeri an society, moreover to identify the level of use of small and medium-sized local economic institutions, including the means of electronic promotion from the view of consume. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we used the analytical description method That fit this type of studies, we used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection in the field study, which drew on a sample of the study population of the Algerian consumer user of the technology, has resulted in a combined 381 valid form for the study. After statistical processing and testing hypotheses, it was reached many results we mention the most important: - There is a statistically significant effect in the electronic promoting on the Algerian consumer behavior relationship, but this uneven impact of the way to the other. - The effect of the elements of the promotion is the combined consumer behavior appears to draw attention to the product, but they do not create a genuine desire to buy a supply of goods and services. - The website of the organization and aligned to one of the most influential elements of electronic promotion on consumer behavior, followed by online advertising and then comes the rest of the instruments and mix promo.
AlMaghreb and AlAndalus through their long history have experienced several crises. And troubles which befell them 'there fore they could absorb them at times and feel defeated atOther. But on the whole these crises affected social balance either in theform deviation And immoral actions like theft burglary rape monopolization and highwaying or in the form of mentalities which manifested themselves in fairy –thinking magic, sorceryand reflected Negatively on the society`s development.
