This research aimed at recognize the school climate at the Talent Schools in Syria Arab Republic from the point of view of the Teachers and Management Staff, it also tries to identify the differences in their opinions based on the following variabl es: (job title, educational and scientific qualifications and years of experience). To achieve this research, questionnaire was designed including (56) items included school climate at the Talent Schools; distributed to the five areas (Management, Teachers, Curricula and Methods of Instruction, examination, teaching Environment), then applied to a sample of (222) Teachers and Management Staff for the academic year 2016/2017. The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Damascus and Tishreen universities. Pilot sample consisted of (22) Teachers and Management Staff, Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at lest (0.775). The final results showed that the school climate at the Talent Schools in Syria was middle degree. In fact there are no found differences about the school climate at the Talent Schools according to variables (job title, and years of experience), but there are found differences according to variable educational and scientific qualifications. The Research suggestions to developed the school climate at the Talent Schools, as well as carrying further researches about the problems of the Gifted Students.
The research aims to identify the degree of knowledge and recruit teachers for thinking strategies beyond the knowledge in the education of excelling students in Damascus, mentally, knowing the significance of differences in the degree of their kn owledge and their employment of these strategies depending on the variables (training courses, educational qualification). The sample of the research was (53) teacher, has been selected in the manner intended by the valiant minor for high achievers, as applied to them to identify knowledge and recruit teachers for thinking strategies beyond the cognitive, which are prepared by the researcher after verifying the validity and reliability.

The present research used the descriptive analytical approach.Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Damascus and Tishreen universities. The final results showed that the reality of the Talent Schools in Syria were middle degree. In fact there are no found differences about the reality of the Talent according to variables (Kind, governorate). Research suggestions to doing training courses for Teachers of talent schools before joining scholastic teaching, as well as carrying further researches about the problems of the Gifted Students.
Aim of the research to identify the relationship between social fear and methods of parental treatment in a sample of outstanding students in the province of Damascus, and the know of the differences among a sample search individuals in the social fear and parental treatment methods according to the variables (sex, and number of family members). The sample of the research (452) students from excelling selected purposely from my school (secondary valiant for high achievers in Mezze, and secondary valiant for high achievers in the channels), and dish them Standart social fear and methods of parental treatment and are prepared by the researcher after they were tested for their validity and reliability.
The research aims to detect mental health and emotional stability level in a sample of outstanding students in the province of Damascus and knowledge of the relationship between them, and they have a knowledge of the differences in the level of menta l health and emotional stability, according to the variable (sex). The research sample consisted of (288) students from outstanding students were chosen the way of intentionality Al-Basel School, and dish them measurements of emotional stability and mental health, and are prepared by the researcher after verifying of validity and reliability.
The study seeks to identify the prevailing methods of thinking among the mentally talented students in the light of their achievement rates and gender. The sample of the research was chosen intentionally. It consists of second secondary grade studen ts from "Top Students Secondary School". The study used the analytic, descriptive method, as well as the Sternberg & Wagner's list of methods of thinking, which was translated by Mr. Abu Hashem. The study showed that the most common methods of thinking for mentally talented students were legislative thinking, and liberal hierarchical thinking. The least common, on the other hand, were conservative thinking, global thinking and executive thinking. The study showed that the relationship between students' scores on certain thinking methods and their achievement rates was very weak. These methods are: legislative, executive, global, local, liberal, conservative, monarchic and anarchic. It was also found out that there was a weak relationship between students' scores on some other thinking methods and their achievement rates. These methods are: judicial methods and minority method. There is a moderate relationship regarding the hierarchical and external thinking. As the study showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the mentally talented male students and students excelling mentally in the following methods of thinking: global, conservative, hierarchical, monarchic, internal and external. This was in favor of males regarding internal thinking, and in favor of females regarding global, conservative, monarchic, hierarchical and external thinking.
This descriptive research aims to explore the state of affairs of the top students in Lattakia high schools and the factors that led to their eminence. It also aims to identify the role of some socio-educational, familial, and economical factors (as independent variables), and educational achievement (as a dependent variable). The researcher followed social survey approach to collect data for each of the research's variables concerning top students from Ghassan Harfouche, and Ezz Al-deen schools in Lattakia. Data was collected by a questionnaire addressed to one hundred top students. School registers of the above mentioned schools showed that 9% , 35%, 43%, and 13% of students obtained 90% , 89-70%, 69-50%, and 13% of the total degree respectively in all disciplines. The research showed that eminence is related to the educational level of the parents, family income, and the way the students spend their free time. In addition, factors such as gender, and teacher appeal, and genetic factors affect educational achievement positively. However, large number of family members affect achievement negatively. Another factor that affects the student's achievement positively is the numerous studying hours per day.
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين التحصيل الدراسي و الذكاء الانفعالي للطلبة الموهوبين و الطلبة العاديين لدى كل من الذكور و الإناث. تتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في فحص العلاقة الارتباطية بين الأداء على مقياس بار-أون للذكاء الانفعالي و التحصيل ال دراسي لدى أفراد عينة الطلبة الموهوبين في مدارس المتفوقين و الطلبة العاديين في مدارس العاديين حسب متغير الجنس.
The Present study aimed to define differences between gifted and normal students with regard to the issues of the emotional intelligence by using Bar- On Inventory. It checked the statistical differences in emotional intelligence according to sex (male/ Female), Gifted males, and normal males, and Gifted females.
