Most of the contracting companies suffer from poor coordination between the projects that they implement at the same time, and in Shauria, the situation is getting worse due to the absence of the application of modern methodologies in project management, which causes a great waste of time and effort, especially for organizing and retrieving dozens of documents related to planning and follow-up, and consequently an increase in time, cost and poor quality.

The research problem is epitomized in substantial question abowt the weaknesses in the implementation and documentation of quality management system and work to be diagnosed and then propose corrective and preventive actions, and the chances of impro
vement in the company investigated, and whether 9001: 2008 systematically evaluated ISO quality management system properly according to International Standard ISO guidelines (19011: 2002). On the basis of the above problem, this research sheds light on the measurement of the reality of the quality management of the company researched system compared to the international standard (ISO 9001: 2008) and knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses in order to adjust the process that leads to ensure continuous improvement in the work of the quality management system in the company.chosen Iraqi Drilling Company / Headquarters Am- one of the formations and the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, located in Park Sadoun area / Baghdad- has been to conduct the practical side of the research being a company which holds a quality certificate of conformity to international standard ISO (9001: 2008) of the company's International donor certificate (Viucotte), and secondly the senior management of the company's commitment to and implementation of internal audits on the quality management system in order to identify cases of non-conformity so as to find opportunities to improve quality management system and its products on an ongoing basis. The paper arrived at a set of conclusions which show that implementation of quality management in the company is by a large margin in conformity with the international standard ISO (9001: 2008), with some gaps in that the company is not guided by guidance stebs ISO (19011: 2002) when conducting internal audit on the quality system.

Syria suffers from severe water deficiency that will worsen in the future due to
limited water resources and increasing demand for water, especially in agriculture. Syrian
water resources, available from various sources, are estimated by 14.6 billi
on cubic
kilometers, while the estimated demand for water in 2010 was about 14.09 billion cubic
meters, it will rise to about 17 billion cubic meters in 2020 recording a water gap estimated
at 5 billion cubic meters. In order to bridge this gap it was necessary to work on managing
the demand on water according to the criteria of efficiency and rationalization of the use of
water. Indeed, results showed that drip irrigation saves a proportion in the amount of water
used per hectare up to more than 50%, achieving efficiency up to 85% compared with 59%
efficiency for flood irrigation.
The research aims to study how to add new components to Multisim database. Or
how to model a component using the programing language C++ , to use this new
component later in designing and making electronic circuits and devices.
Multisim has built-
in models for most types of devices, , the study aims to lay the
foundations and method for modeling of electronic items which is not located within the
Multisim program database, (or present with different values) , and that we need while
using this program in the modeling and simulation process for a given circuit.
Code modeling method has been proposed to reach this goal; this method relies on
the behavior of the device or the modeled component.
The study shows how to create a Code model for a specific capacitor that has
different values to those existing within the database and add to it.
