هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى مدى فاعلية التقييمات الالكترونية باستخدام نموذج قبول التكنولوجيا TAM من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في ظل جائحة كورونا، استخدمت كل من الباحثتين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الارتباطي، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع اعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة خضوري التقنية، والبالغ عددهم (100)، وتم الوصول الى (62) عضو، وتم اعتمادها كعينة للدراسة، تكونت أداة الدراسة من استبانة عدد فقراتها (52) فقرة، بدرجة ثبات (0.928) لكرونباخ الفا، موزعة على مجالات الدراسة (جودة المعلومات، دقة القياس، المنفعة المتوقعة)؛ بالاعتماد على نموذج TAM لتقبل التكنولوجيا، بالإضافة الى أسئلة مفتوحة تسمح للطلبة بإضافة أي ملاحظات من وجهة نظرهم، وأظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية للمجالات كافة قد حصل على درجة متوسطة (3.3635) في ظل جائحة كورونا، وتوصلت إلى العلاقة الارتباطية الإيجابية بين مجال جودة المعلومات والمنفعة المتوقعة وبين مجال دقة القياس والمنفعة المتوقعة، توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من التوصيات: • تطوير نموذج تقبل التكنولوجيا بما يتلاءم مع التغييرات المتسارعة في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم. • إيجاد سياسات حكومية تضمن بناء أساس قوي للتعلم الالكترونية، يتم اعتماده من قبل الجامعات كخطة عامة تسترشد الجامعة بها، لتضمن جودة المخرجات الناتجة عن التقييمات الالكترونية، منها التحول نحو التقييمات البديلة في بعض المساقات، و توفير المتصفح الآمن او إلزام الطلبة بفتح الكاميرا؛ اثناء جلسة التقييم.
This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Electronic evaluation assessments using the technology acceptance model (TAM) from the point of view of faculty members in light of the Corona pandemic. the researcher used the relational analytical descriptive approach, and the study community may be from all the faculty members at Khadouri Technical University, who are in number ( 100), and (62) members were reached, and they were approved as a sample for the study. The study tool consisted of a questionnaire of (52) paragraphs, with a degree of reliability (0.928) for Cronbach Alpha, distributed over the fields of study: (quality of information, accuracy of measurement, expected benefit ); by relying on the TAM model of technology acceptance and in addition to open questions that allow students to add any observations from their point of view, the results showed that the arithmetic average of the total score for all fields obtained an average score (3.3635) in light of the Corona pandemic, and reached the positive correlation between the field of quality Information and expected benefit and between the field of measurement accuracy and the expected benefit, the study reached a number of recommendations: 1. Developing a model of technology acceptance in line with the rapid changes in the field of educational technology. 2. Creating government policies that ensure building a strong foundation for Electronic evaluation learning, to be adopted by universities as a general plan to guide the university, to ensure the quality of the outputs resulting from Electronic evaluation assessments, including shifting towards alternative assessments in some courses, providing a safe browser or requiring from students to open the camera during the evaluation session.

etween the mean scores of the evaluations of the members of the teaching staff in the Faculty of Physical Education in Tishreen University to practice for management by values at level(α ≤ 0.05), which are attributed to the study variables (gender, academic grade). For achieving the study aims, the researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method, Where the study population consists of faculty members in the Faculty of Physical Education in Tishreen University and their number (24) member, while the sample of the study amounted to (20) members. Among the most important results is that the degree of practicing management by values in the Faculty of Physical Education from the viewpoint of faculty members is located at the intermediate level. The statistical data was processed by using the statistical program (SPSS).
This research aimed to know the degree of virtual learning efficiency from the point of view of the faculty members (the program of education qualification diploma as a model). To reach this goal we prepared a questionnaire consisting of 37 items and
divided into six parts, in addition to one open question.
