يعتبر النقل الريفي من المتطلبات الأساسية التي تفرضها ظروف الحياة اليومية لذلك كان لا بد أن تتوفر فيه شروط معينة و معايير أساسية بهدف تحقيق رضا الزبائن و الوصول إلى مستوى جودة معينة للخدمة المقدمة من قبل النقل العام الريفي، و تناولت العديد من الدراسات امكانية تحقيق ذلك من خلال التركيز على عدد من المعايير أهمها أزمنة الانتظار، الراحة، الأمان، التقيد بالسعة النظامية للحافلات، الالتزام بالتعرفة المحددة للأجرة ، بالإضافة إلى الالتزام بمواعيد زمنية محددة.
تم في هذا البحث إجراء مقابلات مع عينة عشوائية من أهالي مدينة الشيخ بدر بهدف الحصول على المعلومات المطلوبة لتقييم نوعية و ملاءمة خدمات النقل العام على محور طرطوس-الشيخ بدر، و من ثم تدوين البيانات التي حصلنا عليها و تحليل النتائج باستخدام برنامج (excel)، و من أهم النتائج التي حصلنا عليها هي طول فترة الانتظار التي تراوحت بين 50-60 دقيقة.
انتهى البحث بتقييم أداء النقل العام و باقتراحات و توصيات لتحسين كفاءة النقل في المناطق الريفية.
Rural transport is one of the basic requirements imposed by the daily life conditions,
so it should be has of certain conditions and basic standards which it purposed of achieving
customer satisfaction and reach the level of a certain quality of service provided by rural
public transport. For that, Many studies were focusing on a number of most important
criteria such as the waiting periods, comfort, safety, adherence regular capacity of bus,
commitment tariff set for the fare, In addition to the commitment to a specific time.
In this research, interviews with a random sample of residents of Sheikh Badr City
were producted in order to obtain the information needed to evaluation the quality and
appropriateness of public transport services on the line of Tartous-Sheikh Badr. After that
we recorded the data obtained and analyzed the results using the program (excel). One of
the most important results that we have obtained is the length of the waiting period, which
ranged from 50-60 minutes.
Search finished with evaluation the public transport, suggestions and
recommendations to improve the efficiency of transport in rural areas.

This paper describes a case study in which we documented six
examples of design changes. Then they are analyzed in two
directions, the first is related to assessing the efficiency of the tools
of BIM towards design changes and discovering their weaknesses,
while the second is related to analyzing the characteristics of these
changes within the information model of BIM and presenting them
in the modeling of the change process.
