هدف البحث إلى تقويم الأداء التدريسي لمدرسي اللغة العربيّة في المرحلة الثانويّة على ضوء كفايات تدريس القراءة الإبداعيّة، و قد بلغت عيّنة البحث ( 15 ) معلماً و معلمةً، و استخدمت الباحثة من أجل ذلك قائمة مكونة من 37 كفاية، و اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي في تحديد كفايات التدريس اللازمة لمعلم اللغة العربية لتنمية مهارات القراءة الإبداعية، و استناداً إليها تّم تصميم بطاقة ملاحظة أداء المعلم لتقويم مستوى أداء مدرسي اللغة العربية على ضوء هذه الكفايات، و توصل البحث إلى ضعف امتلاك مدرسي اللغة العربيّة (عيّنة البحث) لكفايات التدريس اللازمة لتنمية مهارات القراءة الإبداعيّة، فقد بلغ متوسط الأداء الكلي لمدرسي اللغة العربية (عينة البحث) في جميع كفايات التدريس المتضمنة في بطاقة الملاحظة ( 1.35 ) و هو يدل على ضعف امتلاكهم لمهارات القراءة الإبداعية.
Aim of the research to teaching performance assessment for teachers of Arabic language at the secondary level in the light of the efficiencies creative teaching reading, and the sample was (15) teachers, the researcher used to it a list of 37 skill, and adopted Find the descriptive approach in determining the competencies of teaching necessary teacher Arabic language for the development of creative reading skills, and the basis of which was the note card teacher performance to evaluate the performance of the Arabic language teachers level in the light of these competencies design, and research found to double the possession of the Arabic language teachers (sample) for the efficiencies of teaching needed to develop the creative skills of reading, it has averaged the overall performance of the Arabic language teachers (sample) in all teaching competencies contained in the note card (1.35), which shows the weakness of possessing the skills of creative reading.

This study aimed at identifying the extent to which basic stage
teachers in Jordan practice diction skills in both audio and motor
expression situations of teaching reading aloud. The population of the
study encompassed all (396) Arabic language t
eachers at the basic stage
in the First Directorate of Education of Irbid for the scholastic year
2007/2008.
The study sample consisted of (64) teachers chosen randomly.
يهدف هذا البحث إلى وضع برنامج تدريبي لتنمية كفايات تعليم التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطالبات المعلمات بكلية رياض الأطفال.
وقد صيغت مشكلة البحث في التساؤلات الآتية:
1. ما أسس ومبادئ بناء البرنامج المقترح لتنمية كفايات تعليم التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطالبات ا
لمعلمات في كلية رياض الأطفال؟
2. ما فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تنمية كفايات تعليم التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطالبات المعلمات في كلية رياض الأطفال؟
3. ما فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى أطفال الطالبات المعلمات في كلية رياض الأطفال؟
وتم استخدام كل من المنهجين الوصفي والتجريبي. كما استخدم التصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة.
وتكونت عينة البحث من عينة مختارة بطريقة عشوائية قوامها (20) طالبة من الطالبات المعلمات الفرقة الثالثة في كلية رياض الأطفال - جامعة الإسكندرية؛ وكذلك عينة مختارة بطريقة عشوائية قوامها (70) طفلاً من أطفال الروضة بالمستوى الثاني.
اشتملت أدوات البحث على اختبار تحصيلي في الجانب النظري من البرنامج؛ بطاقة ملاحظة كفايات تعليم التفكير الإبداعي في الجانب العملي من البرنامج؛ اختبار التفكير الإبداعي لطفل الروضة.
وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تنمية كفايات تعليم التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطالبات المعلمات بكلية رياض الأطفال؛ وكذلك فاعلية البرنامج في تنمية قدرات التفكير الإبداعي (الطلاقة ، والمرونة ، والأصالة) لدى أطفال الطالبات المعلمات بالروضة في مجالات الأنشطة المختلفة (نشاط قصصي، نشاط فني، نشاط حركي، نشاط موسيقي).
ويوصي البحث بإعادة تنظيم محتوى برنامج إعداد معلمة رياض الأطفال في ضوء قائمة كفايات تعليم التفكير الإبداعي؛ والاستعانة بمنظور "جاردنر" لتعدد الذكاءات في تصميم التدريس باستخدام المدخل الاختياري والإلزامي معاً.

This study aims at recognizing the influence of some factors; the
nationality of students, academic year, gender of the lecturer and the
lecturer's academic status, in evaluating the staff teaching performance as
one aspect of educational performa
nce. The research tool designed for
this purpose comprises 58 statement grouped under four categories and
distributed to 400 male and female students randomly chosen from the
Faculty of Education in Al-Baath University, Syria to evaluate the
teaching performance of seven lecturers in the same faculty.
The study concluded that a statistically significant differences identified
in the results obtained from the evaluation conducted by the students of
