The Study aims to explore the impact of Human resource training benefits in raising the level of the organizational performance of organizations (profit level). We used the statistical program (spssv20) for hypothesis testing and analysis of the results of a sample study, which consist of 257 workers in organization, we used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection, in addition to many pervious related to topic of study. The study aimed at evaluating the success of Tartos Port Container Terminal investing by the private sector in promoting its operational and financial performance. The study analyzed the operational and financial indicators for the Container Terminal before and after the entrance of the private sector. The period of the study started from 2004 until 2010 by considering 2007 an intermediate year. The study used the appropriate statistical methods such as t- test and Mann Whitney Test for comparing the performance of the terminal before and after the entrance of the private sector. The study found significant improvement of operational and liquidity indicators and significant decrease of leverage and profitability indicators, and some notable recommendations were the necessary of doing some reforms on the public sector companies which can increase the flexibility and the speed of the decisions making process, and the possibility of relying on privatization and public private partnership to fix some public sector enterprises that became unable to compete with the private sector.
This research aims basically to highlight the role and importance of climate psychological empowerment (by its four dimensions) in the activation of organizational loyalty status of employees in Tourist Public Service Sector organizations (TPSS) at issue. For that reason, the researcher has randomly distributed copies of the questionnaire for 210 employees working in (TPSS). The results obtained are as follows: • There is a low rate of the climate psychological empowerment (by its four dimensions) in Tourist Public Service Sector organizations for the personnel concerned. • There is a low rate of organizational loyalty in Tourist Public Service Sector organizations for the personnel concerned. • There is a significant positive relationship between all the dimensions of the climate of psychological empowerment (Meaning, Autonomy, competence, Impact) and organizational loyalty. In the light of the results obtained, this study recommends that attention be given to activating the strategic role of human resources management, making them hold their advanced positions in order to be able to coordinate and integrate all their functions and then direct these functions towards supporting the climate of psychological empowerment for personnel through the establishment of an organizational culture supportive of creativity, enhanced by a flexible organic structure design allowing to practice these functions from a strategic behavioral perspective.
The aim of the research is to determine the level of job performance of workers in private Syrian banks from the point of view of officials (director, assistant director, heads of departments and divisions), according to the following performance ind icators: knowledge of job requirements, quality of work, amount of work performed, perseverance and confidence. The research was based on the descriptive and analytical approach. The current research targeted (11) banks, (66) questionnaires were distributed, and (59) questionnaires were retrieved from them, with a response rate of (89.39%). The results showed that the level of job performance of workers in the banks under study is high on the overall level, and with regard to the sub-indicators of performance.
The aim of this study is to identify the quality of health services provided in the public sector hospitals in the Syrian Arab Republic. The paper adopts the analytical descriptive approach where the phenomenon or the problem under study is describ ed accurately and expressed quantitatively and qualitatively. The comparison method is used to identify the similarities and differences between the Syrian governorates. The secondary data, available in the local Health Directorate and the Central Library of Statistics, are reviewed. Some of them are selected to present comparisons, in addition to reference to several secondary sources, such as studies and reports related to the study, to evaluate the quality of the provided health services. After analyzing the data, we found that Syria did succeed in improving the health conditions of citizens through the study of statistical indicators related to health. Pertaining to training, it shows the lack of the required level of quality of the offered health services in hospitals at the time that training, especially in this sector to keep abreast of successive global developments and successive which have great impact on the health services quality.
