This Study aims to explore the determinants of higher education service in Syria and the relative importance of each of these determinants upon the overall perceived quality of higher education and students` satisfaction ,to assess perceived quality and students` satisfaction, and to discover any differences in this perceived quality and satisfaction in terms of selected demographic variables (Gender, Study type, Academic sector, Academic level ,Year of study for Bachelor students).
The objective of this research is to identify the relationship between organizational commitment and job soundly among workers at the Directorate of Education in the city of Homs, and to detect the level of each of them, and whether there are dif ferences between the averages of the sample attributed to the variables of educational qualification and years of experience, and to achieve the goal of the study were responses the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which is applied to a random sample of employees in the Directorate of Education in the city of Homs totaling (150) and 25% of the original community.
The research aims to identify the level of the phenomenon of functional combustion with its dimensions (job exhaustion, low personal achievement, feelings of feelings) among workers in the financial directorate of Lattakia, and then study the effect of the level of this phenomenon on achieving job satisfaction among workers in the directorate. The research relied on the descriptive approach, and the research community included all workers in the Lattakia Finance Directorate, which numbered (1083) workers, while the research sample was determined using the Statistical Sample Law, and the questionnaire was distributed to the sample's number of (284) workers, and was retrieved ( 251) Questionnaire, with a response rate of (88.38%). The results showed that there is a weak adverse and statistically significant effect of the job alienation of the employees in the financial directorate of Lattakia on achieving job satisfaction for them, as (32.8%) of the changes in job satisfaction were caused by the dimensions of the job alienation, and therefore the increased manifestations of job alienation among the workers in the financial directorate of Latakia They lead to a low level of job satisfaction.
This study aimed to assess the reality of job satisfaction among employees in the private banks in Damascus; the researchers select four indicators to measure job satisfaction among employees that include the working conditions, job stability, a sense of justice, salaries and wages.
The aim of the research is to determine the level of job performance of workers in private Syrian banks from the point of view of officials (director, assistant director, heads of departments and divisions), according to the following performance ind icators: knowledge of job requirements, quality of work, amount of work performed, perseverance and confidence. The research was based on the descriptive and analytical approach. The current research targeted (11) banks, (66) questionnaires were distributed, and (59) questionnaires were retrieved from them, with a response rate of (89.39%). The results showed that the level of job performance of workers in the banks under study is high on the overall level, and with regard to the sub-indicators of performance.
