هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية في تحقيق التربية الصحية لطلاب مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في مدينة اللاذقية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و قد استخدمت الاستبانة على عينة تكونت من 30 مدير تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من مدارس التعليم الأساسي في مدينة اللاذقية. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في تحقيق أهداف التربية الصحية لطلاب مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في مدينة اللاذقية بشكل عام كان بدرجة منخفضة بمتوسط حسابي (2.42). حيث كان دور الإدارة المدرسية في تحقيق وسائل الصحة و السلامة بدرجة منخفضة بمتوسط حسابي (2.58)، توفير البيئة الملائمة للتغذية الصحية بدرجة منخفضة بمتوسط حسابي (2.25)، و تحقيق التثقيف الصحي بدرجة منخفضة أكثر من كل المحاور بمتوسط حسابي (2.10). بينما كان دور الإدارة المدرسية في تحقيق النظافة العامة للمدرسة بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (2.78). في ضوء هذه النتائج تؤكد الدراسة على ضرورة تفعيل برامج التربية الصحية بالمدارس و متابعة تطبيقها بشكل عام و تطوير برامج التثقيف الصحي المقدم لطلبة المدارس بشكل خاص. بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تفعيل دور المشرف الصحي في مجال التربية الصحية المدرسية عن طريق عقد دورات و ندوات خاصة بهذا الموضوع.
This study aimed to assessing the role of school administration in health education in basic education schools in Lattakia city. The researcher used analytical descriptive method. The questionnaire was used to collect the study data from 30 principals, who were chosen by using simple random sample. The findings indicated that the degree of the role of the school administration in health education in basic education schools of Lattakia city was low average as a whole is (2.42). The degree in achieving the means of health and safety was low average is (2.58), securing good environment suitable for good nutrition was low average is (2.25), and health culture was the lowest average is (2.10). Where achieving hygiene was the highest average is (2.78). This study recommended exploiting and following the applying of the health education programs. Developing the health culture programs of the school pupils and activating the role of health guide in school health field by holding seminars, training courses and sessions.

School health program is a series of services provided to students in the school age that aimed to acquire healthy habits that reflected on the daily behavior, and increase their ability to high scientific achievement. Objective: This study aimed to
assess the level of implementing of the school health program in primary schools in Lattakia city. Tools and methods:The study sample was consisted of (140) principals distributors on (20) School, who were chosen by using stratified random sample method, wearing first and second circlefor academic year (2014-2015). The data collected by a constructed questionnaire; a pilot study was carried out to determine the validity and reliability questionnaire. The data analyzed through the application of descriptive statistical analysis that included (frequency, percent). Results:The finding revealed that level of implementing school health program was good in (28.37%), moderate in (56.74%), weak in(14.89%).
As a result of research, one can conclude that there are many differences between the attitudes of teachers in the suburb and the city towards school management. The relationship between school managers and teachers in the suburb is so friendly and w
armly than the relationship between them in the city. This will definitely affect the attitudes of teachers toward the school administration. There are also many differences between the attitudes of male and female teachers and towards the school administration, because women always tend to do their best, but sometimes her thoughts don't accord with the school manger's thoughts. This will in turn create a gap between their thoughts and points of view. As a result, female teachers' attitude toward the school administration will be affected. As we know the school administration has a significant impact on activating the role of teachers, as it will always stand behind any failure or success.It represents the educational goals and policy and has the responsibility of translating them to real work. School mangers with strong personality have the power to positively affecttheir teachers. They also play a seminal rolein achieving the main goals of their schools. So, the success of the school depends on the way it is managed, and the general system of any school is related with the quality of the manger and the way the school is being managed.
The study aimed to identify the role of the school management in the
promotion of national belonging among teachers and pupils, and the
extent of the practice of school administration for this role, and the
disclosure of the differences between the study sample about the
contribution of the school administration in the promotion of national
belonging among teachers and pupils and the exercise of this role.
This research aims at knowing the reality of School Theatre in Damascus city schools from the point of view of second stage teachers' of basic education. In addition, it aims at researching some suggestions that help in activating the use of School T
heatre according to variables of this research which are (gender, qualification and expertise). The sample consisted of (405) teachers who were selected from Damascus city schools by using the simple random sample. The researcher prepared a questionnaire related to the reality of School Theatre and it was applied on the sample after it was tested for its validity and reliability.

The present study aims to investigate the impact of the use of research collective of
cooperative learning in the collection of basic fourth grade in science and health education
pupils strategy, and to achieve the objectives of the research were taken random sample
size / 100/ pupils of pupils fourth grade primary city of Latakia, and dish them
achievement test before start implementing educational program as a test before me, and
after the application of the educational program as a test after me. Search and ended the
following results:
-The existence of differences between the average scores of the experimental group
and the control group average grades at a level of significance (0.05) after the application
of the educational program, to test academic achievement in the dimensional measurement,
and these differences in favor of the experimental group.
-The lack of differences between the average scores of the experimental group males
and females average score of the experimental group at the level of significance (0.05)
after the application of a tutorial on test academic achievement in the dimensional
measurement.
