This research aimed to determine the order of Tishreen University colleges in term of satisfaction with the faculty members, and to determine whether that satisfaction affected by variables: (gender, University Specialization, and the collage year), using the "satisfaction with the faculty members " scale. A total of (749) undergraduate from Tishreen University students in all faculties, participated in this research. Search results are summarized as follows: faculties of economics and physical education and dentistry have got at the highest averages in the ranking of colleges by satisfaction with the teaching staff, while the faculties of Architecture and Literature and Sciences have got at the lower averages. and there were a differences among the members of the research sample in the scale according to the gender variable in favor of females, and there were a differences according to the collage year variable, and there were no differences according to University Specialization variable.

this study aims Specifying the level of adjusting with university life among the students of the University of Al-Furat hosted at Tishreen University after leaving their mother university due to the current security conditions experienced by Syria through some variables such as gender , study specialization and place of residence. In order to answer the study questions and verify their hypotheses, the researcher applied a measure of adjusting with university life on a sample of the students of the University of Al-Furat who were hosted at Tishreen University. The number of students in the sample (332) , The results of the study showed the following: The social adjusting came in first place and the psychological adjusting In the second place and the academicadjusting in the third place, and there are differences of statistical significance in the axis of psychological adjusting according to gender variable and these differences in favor of females, while there were no differences in the axes of social and academic adjusting according to gender variable, and the research there are differences of statistical significance in the axis of social adjusting The differences were found in favor of the humanitarian faculties, while there were no differences in the pivotal psychological and academic adjusting. There were also statistically significant differences in the level of psychological adjusting between the students according to the variable of the place of residence, The differences were found in favor Of those( who live in the houses with the family),There is relationship statistically significant correlation betweenaxes The adjusting with university life and variables(gender, academic specialization, the place stay). This study offered some propositions.
The current research aims to identify the degree of Practicing Strategic Planning of and the degree of the quality assurance level in faculty of education at Tishreen University from the view point of the Teaching Staff Members, and also and to stu dy the relationship between the degree of Practicing Strategic Planning and quality assurance level in it. and to achieve the objectives of this research questionnaires were built, the first about strategic planning included four areas, and consisted (50) items, while the second about quality assurance consisted (20) items; have been applied on sample (72) Teaching Staff Members in faculty of education at Tishreen University during the academic year of (2016 - 2017). Descriptive analytical methodology was used, and Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff at Syrian Universities. Pilot sample consisted of (22) Members, Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability (0.87) to Strategic Planning questionnaire and (0.73) to quality assurance questionnaire.
The aim of this study was to investigate the relation between Burnout, Optimism and Support from Management in some Applied and Theoretical Faculties in a sample of teachers at Tishreen University. The sample consists of120 teachers, who were recru ited from some Applied Faculties (Economy, Sciences, Civil Engineering, Electrical and mechanical engineering, and Pharmacy) and from some Theoretical Faculties (Education, Jura and Literatures). We used an adapted and confirmative version of Maslach and others to asses burnout (MBI; Maslach, Jackson, & Leiter,1996) as well as an adapted and confirmative version subscale of the Spector Job Satisfaction Survey to assess support (JSS; Spector, 1995) .Optimism was measured by using an adapted and confirmative version of Satow and Schwarzer Optimism scale (Satow&Schwarzer,1999(. Results indicated that :  There wasno a significant relation between teacher’ s burnout and support they received from the management but there was a significantly positive relation between optimism and support as well as a negative a significantly relation between burnout and optimism  Burnout was negatively associated with experience  No a significantly differences between the mean scores of the teachers in Applied and Theoretical faculties in burnout , optimism and support
This study aimed to identify the degree of management practice values in the Faculty of Physical Education in Tishreen University from the point of view of the members of the teaching staff. It also aimed to find out the significance of differences b etween the mean scores of the evaluations of the members of the teaching staff in the Faculty of Physical Education in Tishreen University to practice for management by values at level(α ≤ 0.05), which are attributed to the study variables (gender, academic grade). For achieving the study aims, the researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method, Where the study population consists of faculty members in the Faculty of Physical Education in Tishreen University and their number (24) member, while the sample of the study amounted to (20) members. Among the most important results is that the degree of practicing management by values ​​in the Faculty of Physical Education from the viewpoint of faculty members is located at the intermediate level. The statistical data was processed by using the statistical program (SPSS).
The study aims at defining the reality of educational-management crisis which faces Tishreen University from the view point of the staff and administrative members and at defining the differences in the administrative methods of crisis-management acc ording to these variables (the scientific qualification, the experience, the faculty, and the sort of job). In addition to some suggestions concerning the best Administrative methods of Crisis-management at Tishreen University, and to achieve the objectives of this research, a questionnaire has been applied on a sample of (278) individuals during the academic year of (2014 - 2015). It consisted of (52) statements distributed into five sections (planning of educational management, the process of communication during the crisis, the importance of information in crisis-management, the financial and human abilities which are variable to Crisis management, and the extent of works credibility and their belonging to the University). The validity of the questionnaire was approved depending on some specializers and experts in both the education and economics faculties at Tishreen University. There were (9) referees, the total reliability factor was (0.755). The result of the research proved that the crisis-management at the University was of an average level in addition to statistical significant difference concerning the degree of crisis-management according to the variable of the scientific qualification. It also showed no statistical significant difference according to the variables of experience, the faculty, and the sort of job. The researcher suggested preparing training sessions and specialized workshops in crisis-management at the University to raise some awareness about it.
