هدفت هذه الدارسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة المهارات الإدارية الصفية الأساسية لدى
معلمي التعليم الثانوي في محافظة الكرك، كما هدفت إلى تعرف أثر متغيرات الجنس
و سنوات الخبرة على درجة ممارسة هؤلاء المعلمين لهذه المهارات ، و تأتي أهميتها من
ضرورة امتلاك المعلم المهارات الأساسية اللازمة للإدارة الصفية بفاعلية، و مالها من
دور في تفعيل العملية التعليمية داخل غرفة الصف.
This study aimed at investigating the extent of practice of teachers
of secondary stage for the basic skills efficiently. It aimed also to
