يهدف البحث إلى رصد واقع الخدمات التي تقدمها منظمات المجتمع الأهلي في محافظة اللاذقية لتنمية واقع (وضع) المرأة الريفية و تحسين مستواها التعليمي و الثقافي و الاقتصادي و الصحي و التربوي و الاجتماعي ، و الصعوبات التي تواجهها تلك المنظمات في تنفيذ برامجها و خططها و أنشطتها في سبيل تحقيق التنمية الشاملة للمرأة الريفية، و لتحقيق هدف البحث قامت الباحثة بتصميم بطاقة مقابلة بناءاً على أهداف المنظمات الأهلية السورية، و تم التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها و من ثم تطبيقها على عينة مؤلفة من (60) عضواً ، و شملت عينة البحث خمس منظمات في محافظة اللاذقية، و قد أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الأعضاء عن واقع الخدمات التي تقدمها منظمات المجتمع الأهلي تبعاً لمتغير (المنظمة)، و تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الأعضاء تبعاً للصعوبات التي تواجهها في تنفيذ خططها و برامجها و أنشطتها لخدمة المرأة الريفية وفقاً لمتغير المنظمة، و يؤكد البحث أن منظمات المجتمع الأهلي تحقق بعض الخدمات التي تتعلق بتوعية المرأة الريفية و تعليمها و تأهليها و تدريبها في شتى المجالات التربوية و الثقافية و الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية و الصحية و لكن ليس بالمستوى الذي يساعد على تنميتها التنمية الشاملة و الكاملة لدرجة مشاركتها في العملية التنموية التي يدفع بها المجتمع السوري من أجل مسيرة التطوير و التحديث لأنها تشكل نصف المجتمع و القاعدة الأساسية التي تبنى عليها الأجيال اللاحقة.
Research aims to observation of The services provded by civil society Organizations in the governorate of Latakia for the development of rural women condition and to improve the Educational cultural ,economic ,health, Educational, and social level,and the difficulties facing that Organizations the implementation of its programs ,plans and activities in order to achieve the comprehensive development of rural women,and to achieve the goal of study the researcher designed an iner view cards based on the goals of the syrian NGOs, and it has been confirmed validity and reliatity and then applied to the sampl (60)members the sample of research included five organizations governorate of latakia results of research have shown there were differences of statistical significant between the average scores of members according to difficulties that facing in implementation of plans, programs,and activities to serve rural woman a ccording to changes of organization,and research confirms that the civilsociety organization a chieve some services related to sensitize raval women and educate,rehabilitate and traine her in all the educational,cultural, social,economicand health fields,but not at the level that helps to develop all round and full development to the degree of her participation in the development process whichis pushed by the Syrian society for the development and modernization process because she is half of society and the fundamental basis subsequent generations builts on.

The Study aimed at identifying the most important problems confronting the rural society in Lattakia.
The study was based on data collected by means of personal interview from a sample of (270) individuals. percentage and (x2) test were used for
data analysis.
The research results showed that percentage of illiteracy in Countryside of Lattakia was about 12.6 % . Rural society has problems in several fields , social , health , economic, education ,agricultural aspects as well, and the turn of religion men was insufficient. Other problems were found such as health service in some villages was low, minimal religious guidance , high price of consumer durable ,and low confidence in agriculture engineers.
The aim of the research is to identify the level of patient satisfaction with the health
services provided by the governmental hospitals in the Syrian coast, whether with respect
to the doctors treating them, the nursing staff, or the level of serv
ice and organization. The
research was based on the descriptive approach and the survey method. The questionnaire
was used as the main source of data and information. The research community consisted of
patients residing in government hospitals in Latakia and Tartous, where 425 questionnaires
were distributed to patients, 400 of which were complete and valid for statistical analysis,
with a response rate of 94.12%. The research reached a number of results, the most
important of which are:
*Satisfaction of patients with doctors treated in public hospitals in the Syrian coast
is good, with a relative importance (64.684%).
*The satisfaction of patients with nursing staff in general in public hospitals in the
Syrian coast was of medium level, with a relative importance (64.556%).
*Patients' satisfaction with service and organization in general in the public hospitals
in the Syrian coast was of medium level, with relative importance (63.51%).
*Patients' satisfaction with the quality of treatment provided in public hospitals in the
Syrian coast was of medium level and relative importance (65.9%).
*Patients' satisfaction with the quality of services provided in public hospitals in the
Syrian coast was of medium level and relative importance (65.6%).
The research aims at identifying the level of the reality of the
special services provided by the institutes of care for the visually
impaired from the perspective of parents in the governorates of
Damascus and Damascus. And it adopted a researche
r on the
descriptive approach, and formed the research sample of (115)
guardian who have one child enrolled in a care for the disabled
institutes visually (public or private), and in one of the provinces
(Damascus or Damascus), and the researcher polled the views of
parents about The reality of the special services provided by
institutes of care for the visually impaired.
This study aims to identify the level of electronic banking services in private banks

study population consisted of workers in private banks in Lattakia. The

descriptive analytical method to measure the employees' satisfaction in private banks at the

designed and distributed to employees in private banks in order to measure the type and
quality of services offered and the difficulties faced by the electronic banking business,
The data was collected and analyzed using SPSS. The analysis of the data showed a lack of
quality in the electronic banking services offered by private banks in the study area
according to the following dimensions (quality, comprehensiveness, difficulties,
satisfaction) from the perspective of workers in the private banks.
The aim of this research is to to identify the availability requirements of the
application of Six Sigma methodology in the companies studied, by identifying the degree
of realization of the importance of employees applying six sigma methodology, a
nd to
identify the suitability of the organizational culture prevailing in the companies studied to
apply the methodology six sigma, and to identify the availability of the necessary skills to
apply six sigma methodology.
The results of this research indicated the low degree of employees’ awareness to the
importance of applying six sigma methodology, and the lack of appropriate organizational
culture currently prevailing in the companies to organizational culture required for the
application of six sigma methodology, and to non-availability of sufficient skills to apply
six sigma methodology.
The most important recommendations of this research reveals the need for the
studied companies to conduct awareness campaigns to raise the employees awareness of
the importance to apply the six sigma methodology, and the need to encourage employees
to work together, and the necessary to orientation of the needs of customers , and follow
the initiative strategy, and train employees on the choice of projects to improve the quality,
and training the employees on the use of statistical tools and management and planning
tools to improve quality.
