هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أهم المشكلات التي يعاني منها المجتمع الريفي كالمشكلات الاجتماعية و التعليمية والصحية والاقتصادية والزراعية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استمارة استبيان بالمقابلة الشخصية, حيث بلغ حجم العينة (270) فردا , وتم استخدام الجداول التكرارية والنسب المئوية واختبار مربع كاي (كا2) في التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات . وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن نسبة الأمية في العينة المبحوثة( % 12.6), وان هناك ضعف كبير لدور رجال الدين, إضافة إلى وجود العديد من المشكلات التي تواجه المرأة الريفية أهمها ندرة المشروعات التي توضع لخدمتها. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود ضعف في الخدمات الأساسية الصحية في بعض القرى التي لا يوجد فيها أبسط الوحدات الصحية, والمتمثلة في العيادات الطبية . وقد أوضحت النتائج أن ارتفاع أسعار السلع الاستهلاكية هي أهم المشكلات الاقتصادية التي يعاني منها السكان في ريف المحافظة, وان هناك الكثير من المشكلات الزراعية الجديرة بالاهتمام أهمها عدم الثقة بالمهندس الزراعي .
The Study aimed at identifying the most important problems confronting the rural society in Lattakia. The study was based on data collected by means of personal interview from a sample of (270) individuals. percentage and (x2) test were used for data analysis. The research results showed that percentage of illiteracy in Countryside of Lattakia was about 12.6 % . Rural society has problems in several fields , social , health , economic, education ,agricultural aspects as well, and the turn of religion men was insufficient. Other problems were found such as health service in some villages was low, minimal religious guidance , high price of consumer durable ,and low confidence in agriculture engineers.

Research aims to observation of The services provded by civil society Organizations
in the governorate of Latakia for the development of rural women condition and to
improve the Educational cultural ,economic ,health, Educational, and social level,

difficulties facing that Organizations the implementation of its programs ,plans and

achieve the goal of study the researcher designed an iner view cards based on the goals of
the syrian NGOs, and it has been confirmed validity and reliatity and then applied to the
sampl (60)members the sample of research included five organizations governorate of
latakia results of research have shown there were differences of statistical significant
between the average scores of members according to difficulties that facing in
implementation of plans, programs,and activities to serve rural woman a ccording to
changes of organization,and research confirms that the civilsociety organization a chieve
some services related to sensitize raval women and educate,rehabilitate and traine her in all
the educational,cultural, social,economicand health fields,but not at the level that helps to
develop all round and full development to the degree of her participation in the
development process whichis pushed by the Syrian society for the development and
modernization process because she is half of society and the fundamental basis subsequent
generations builts on.
Twenty apple varieties were evaluated in the germ plasm of the Agricultural
Scientific Research Center in Swaida for Morphological traits, bud honological
stages, days after full bloom, storability which were ranged between 2.5 – 8
months, and bes
t susceptibility (e.g. wooly aphid and powdery mildew), all
studied varieties showed low susceptibility to wooly aphid, while Jersy Mac
revealed high susceptibility to powdery mildew compared with the other
varieties. The yield of all varieties was studied, so, they divided into: high yield
varieties such Stark Earliest, Royal Gala and Golden 972; Good yield varieties
"Golden Delicious, Starking Delicious, and Granny Smith etc."; and moderate
yield varieties" Red Spur Delicious and Rome Beauty". Chemical analysis
(Total soluble solids and total sugars) were achieved for all studied apple
varieties. Apple Varieties were divided into five groups depending on Days
After Full Bloom (DAFB). The present investigation indicted the high
quantitative and qualitative traits of studied varieties which candidate for
credence and distribute them in suitable environmental areas in Syria.
In this research a sample of soccer coaches from the first class in the Syrian League soccer (20 coaches) were used to get a real evaluation of their knowledge and awareness about the physical changes that have occurred on the fitness elements of mod
ern soccer players, The modern physical changes in soccer play were also analyzed and estimated for the last forty years depending on a comprehensive analysis of the scientific researches and studies specialized in this field, this would assist coaches to take attention to these capabilities through the different stages of training in order to make them in a perfect construction in line with the requirements of competition.
The Results showed that the coaches could not distinguish between modern physical changes and their manifestation or appearance forms, which refers to lack of their information and familiar about these changes. There are many physical changes such as:
1.The total distance of 8-12 Km which estimated by 10% annually until 1985 and a remarkable constancy since 1985 until 2010
2.Running movements performed by a maximum speed ranging from 0 to 5 m
3.Soccer movements from 40-100 movement (jump- Tackling- shot ball and 1 vs. 1)
4.Requirements of each property differ according to the player position and the tactical task entrusted to him.
This research dealt with an identification of some problems
that confronting with Extension Agent works in Tartous province.
This research depended on a questionnaire traditional indent in
which data were collected ,through the correspondence with
a
random sample of 224 quid ,and data were analyzed statistically by
using repetition and percentages whereas the majority of the
inspected were basically suffering from lack of financial
motivations, additional wages, adequate transportation, the large
number of rurals who are required to deal with ,the lack of
requirements of the guidance work ,the lack of flexibility to do the
necessary adjustments in the guidance program, and there is so no
freedom to make decisions a pant from the managers of work
.consequently ,the study recommended a set of recommendation
which improve the vitality of guidance work in Tartous , and raise
the status of agriculture agents in front of their guidance audience.

s of the benefiters from loans in some tourism to define
the most important difficulties that challenge the operation of taking the
agricultural loans the agricultural bank help in growing and development stand
against workers in giving-division and collecting the agricultural loans. the rote
of loans reach in the year 1999e agricultural production in big way ,but the
changes and the economic development way require development of the system
of loans which go in bank, the study show to the decreased in the agricultural
rate from 22.3% in 1999 to 16% in 2008. The loans reached in 1999 (10222)
million Syrian pound–white reached in the year 2007 (8877) million Syrian
pound, it was observed decrease in the loans rate from 47.3% to56.7% in the
year 2008. There is contras in the given loans rate to the agricultural crops. for
example: the wheat crop took the rate 26.17% while the grain crop took the
rate 20% in 1999 while in 2008 the wheat crop its loans 36.44% and the grain
crop took the rate0.06% from the given loans. The questionnaire show the most
important suggestions to have loans in simple way: give allow to the
agricultural bank to give loans to the agricultural culture include economicmanufacture-
to wide its base the transportation, interst inoculate way in
agricultural cutler within rate 28.4%, increase the rate of loans with the rate
22.5%, increase the period of loans with the rate 11.5%, facility the procedures
to take loans with rate 4.7%. The study suggests the development of bank
activity to correspond with demands of transportation changes.
