هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف سمات الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة حالياً في المؤسسات العامة السورية، و كذلك تلك المفضلة من وجهة نظر المبحوثين، ثم مقارنة هذه الخصائص بين المؤسسات المختلفة من حيث طبيعة نشاطها، للوصول إلى نموذج عام يتفق عليه المبحوثين. حيث يجسد هذه النموذج العام الملامح الأساسية لمجموعة القيم الجوهرية التي يجب أن تسود في المؤسسات. و للوصول إلى هذه الغاية، استخدم الباحث 15 معياراً و 60 متغيراً لشرح أبعاد مفهوم الثقافة التنظيمية ، عرِضت على عينة إحصائية مكونة من 293 مبحوثاً للتعبير عن آرائهم و ترتيب أفضلياتهم لسمات الثقافة التنظيمية الحالية و المفضلة.

This research aims to identify the relationship of the institutional
culture efficient and effective administrative reform process in the
public sector institutions. Where it was introduced the concept of
institutional culture and the concept of a
dministrative reform of the
efficiency and effectiveness angle, and then we dealt with the
reflection of these concepts on the ground in a number of the Syrian
public institutions.The main results of this research is the existence
of a relationship between corporate culture and the effectiveness
and efficiency of the administrative reform. Also shows a
difference between the averages of the opinions of the respondents
about the institutional culture in their impact on the effectiveness of
the administrative reform, while there are no significant differences
between the averages of the opinions of individual differences
sample about institutional culture in their impact on the efficiency
of the administrative reform.
This research introduce the public-private partnership (PPP), by determine the
difference between the types of PPP contracts, and lighting on the most important
experiences of main countries to identify responsibilities of each part of contract.

n order to study the possibility of using PPP in Syria, within the crisis since (2011).
To afford additional resources of funding, to improve the development process of
infrastructure projects, especially projects that related to the energy sector, specifically
electricity sector.
The electricity sector is one of the most sectors exposed to destruction, and it was the
first goal of any sabotage carried out by terrorists. this sector suffering by is more than 430
billion Syrian pounds loses, since the start of the crisis until the end of 2015, and this
amount is nominated to rise by the time according to many reasons, one of this reasons is
exchange rates fluctuations risk.
The amount ofdamages is very huge number, comparison to the size of funds that
dedicated by the government to finance investment. On the other hand, there is a serious
need to additional resources of funding, to finance the development and rehabilitation
process of infrastructure projects. Therefore, could the PPP provide these resources? That
is what the research is looking for.
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد دور الثقافة التنظيمية في التنبؤ بقوة الهوية التنظيمية. و لتحقيق هذا الهدف اختيرت عينة من أربع جامعات أردنية خاصة بصفة عشوائية، و وزعت 280 استبانة على أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها حيث استرجع منها 226 استبانة أُخضِعت للتحليل التمييزي.
و قد استطاعت الدراسة بناء نموذج يتكون من الأبعاد الداخلة في التحليل كلها (التعاون، و الابتكار، و الالتزام، و الفاعلية) و قد تمكن النموذج من تصنيف المبحوثين إلى مجموعتين: من لديهم شعور ضعيف بالهوية التنظيمية، و من لديهم شعور قوي بها بدقة وصلت إلى 83.2%.
يهدف هذا البحث لبيان أهم الوسائل التي اتخذها الاقتصاد الإسلامي من أجل مكافحة الفساد
الاقتصادي في القطاع الحكومي. و تتمثل هذه الوسائل في غرس العقيدة الإسلامية، و تنمية القيم
الخلقية في الأفراد، و تأمين المعيشة الكريمة لهم، و الإشراف عليهم، و مراقبة
سلوكهم، و مكافأة
المحسن منهم، و معاقبة المسيء الذي يتعدى على المال العام، أو يقصر في حفظه، و حمايته. و اهتم
البحث أيضا ببيان أثر المفكرين المسلمين قي تأصيل هذه الوسائل، و سبقهم الفكر الاقتصادي المعاصر
في اقتراح الحلول المناسبة لبعض المشكلات الاقتصادية.
The research aims to examine the relationship between
organizational culture on the one hand, and between knowledge
management practices in Tishreen University, on the other hand, where
the researcher distributed a questionnaire to a sample of the
colleges in
the University of Tishreen reached (205) questionnaire was recovered
(222) to identify them, it was good of them use (158) questionnaire. To
test the relationship, the researcher used the Student T test for one sample,
as well as the Pearson correlation coefficient.
