The School library had to develop to go with the new developments and educational theories and get the benefits of using the new technology that came to the educational institutes very fast which resulted the creation the idea of education resource center which this research is handling in term or resources, skills and services.

The aim of the research is to find out the usage reality of postgraduate
students at Damascus University of digital libraries.
In light of the variables:(Gender, Scientific major, getting training
courses).
The research methodology:A descriptive
analyticalapproach.
The researcher designed &prepared the research tool which is a
questionnaire that was applied on a random sample consisting of (40)
postgraduates (male & female) in different faculties of Damascus University.
The study reached the following results:
- There is a statistically significant difference at the significance level of
(0,05)between the mean scores of postgraduate students in the faculties of
Damascus University of the following variables: Concentration.
-There is no statistically significant difference at the significance level
of(0,05) between the mean scores of postgraduate students in the facultiesof
Damascus University of the following variables: Gender.
-There is no statistically significant difference at the significance level of
(0,05)between the mean scores of postgraduate students in the colleges of
Damascus University of the following variables: getting training courses.
The purports of the research was to study the attitudes Tishreen Universities teaching
staff in the level of University Learning Resources Center quality, and to study the
different of such attitudes according to variables (faculty, qualification a
nd experience).
The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. The sample included
(220) teaching staff for the academic year 2015/2016. To achieve the objective of the
research a questionnaire has been included (80) items, to four areas. Validity of the
questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at
Damascus and Tishreen. Pilot sample consisted of (20) teaching staff, Reliability was
established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at lest (0.95).
The final results indicated that the Quality of Learning Resources Center in Tishreen
University was in the middle degree, Also showed the results that are no differences in the
found degree according to the qualification and experience between the opinions of sample
research of teaching staff, but there are differences between teaching staff in faculty.
The research suggested to supply with modern technological in Learning Resources
Center in the University, and setting the training courses about used its.
Law is a social phenomenon that is subject to the law of the purpose of
ensuring better conditions of life for the community. The life of the law
are found in its application in practice, and the rules of the rent law
considered relevant by the co
mmunity. For this research included
comments on the most important new rent law No. 20 dated 11/11/2015
materials to shed light on their compatibility with the principles and
objectives of the law and therefore suitability for the community.
This study aimed to assessing the role of school administration in health education in basic education schools in Lattakia city. The researcher used analytical descriptive method. The questionnaire was used to collect the study data from 30 principal
s, who were chosen by using simple random sample. The findings indicated that the degree of the role of the school administration in health education in basic education schools of Lattakia city was low average as a whole is (2.42). The degree in achieving the means of health and safety was low average is (2.58), securing good environment suitable for good nutrition was low average is (2.25), and health culture was the lowest average is (2.10). Where achieving hygiene was the highest average is (2.78). This study recommended exploiting and following the applying of the health education programs. Developing the health culture programs of the school pupils and activating the role of health guide in school health field by holding seminars, training courses and sessions.
This research aims to identify the reality of librarian service in two
schools from the first cycle of basic education schools, and to
determine the degree of teacher usage for learning techniques
available in schools libraries, and to achieve the
se objects a
observation card and three questionnaires were prepared and they
were given to librarians, teachers, and a sample of students, and it
has been applied on two schools from the first cycle schools in
Damascus: Ibrahim Hanano and Al-Amal schools, and the number
of sample members were (156) member distributors as the
following: the librarian at both schools, (14) teachers and (140)
students.
The results showed that the reality of the school library is
inadequate in terms of physical environment and the available
collectibles, As for the librarian he is not a specialist in the field of
libraries but he practiced the required role requested from him to the
fullest.
