الهدف من هذا البحث، دراسة تصور التاريخ و التطور عند ابن خلدون؛ و ذلك من خلال توضيح منهجي لمعنى التاريخ، وصولاً إلى فلسفة التاريخ عنده، و إبراز أهمية هذا الفيلسوف في التاريخ، بوصفه أحد مؤسسي فلسفة التاريخ. و على اعتبار أن تصوره للتاريخ يجعله قريباً من الفلاسفة المعاصرين، و أنه قد أسس ذلك التصور للتاريخ على نقض المفهوم الإخباري نقضاً جذرياً، لأن التاريخ عنده ليس سرداً للأخبار و إنما هو تعليل للأحداث، بما يسمح ببناء علم جديد. إن مفهوم التقدم الذي تبلور في القرن الثامن عشر، نجد إرهاصاته في مقدمة ابن خلدون التي قدم فيها منهجية لدراسة التاريخ في حركته الداخلية وليس في ظاهره، و ذلك من خلال طرحه لأسئلة إشكالية تفتح آفاقاً للمعرفة و التطور مثل: ما العلاقة بين المعرفة التاريخية و الكتابة التاريخية؟ هل يمكن للتاريخ أن يتجسد في علم؟ كما أن هذا البحث يشير إلى أخطاء المؤرخين، التي تحدث لأسباب معقدة نفسية و اجتماعية و سياسية و ثقافية، أو للجهل بقوانين الطبيعة و أحوال العمران.
The aim of this research is to study the concept of history and evolution for “IbnKhaldun” through a systematic illustration of the meaning of history. Therefore, we present this research in order to reach the philosophy of history for “IbnKhaldun” and to highlight the importance of this philosopher as one of the founders of the philosophy of history as his conception of history makes him close to contemporary philosophers. This perception is crystallized to history on rejecting the “empiricalconcept” radically. Therefore, we find that the history of “IbnKhaldun” is not a narrative of news, but it is an explanation of eventsin which we can build it a new science. The concept of progress that was crystallized in the eighteenth century has signs in the introduction of IbnKhaldun in which he presented a methodology for studying history in its interior movement and not in appearance. In addition, the problematic questions that raised by “IbnKhaldun” opened horizons for knowledge and development such as: What is the relationship between historical knowledge and historical writing? Is it possible for history to be part of science? This research also points to the errors of historians, which occur for many complex reasons that might be psychological, social, political and cultural. The errors also may happen because of a lack in knowledge about the laws of nature.

criticism as is apparent in the critical arena over his poetry. Through his syntactic judgement, al-Wahidi attempts to support a doctrine, oppose some point of view, elaborate on what violates a proposed principle, or uncover a certain problematic issue somewhere in
al-Mutanabbi's poetry; specially when disagreement among critics' opinions appears, and dissimilarity among their doctrines and approaches materialises. Poetry was and is still one
significant source to formulate the syntactic structure, even if it witnessed some unstability due to narrators' uncertainties, and imprecision of transference. So, narratives and narrators
of poetry have varied, which has consequently created an obvious phenomenon that requires research, and study of the effect that may have on the syntactic rules. This is because syntax is one fundamental aspect of the culture of those interested in the literatry
exegeses. This study comes to focus on one essential aspect of syntactic criticism that is already applied to al-Mutanabbi's poetry.
This paper bridges the gap between housing schemes and studies in
sociology. Such reformation leads to physical environments
responding to patterns of behavior rather than changing them. That is,
frustrate people less in achieving patterns of beha
vior necessary, for

We try through this research to focus on a basic and important issue, which is movement according to Ibn Sina, as we deal in it with his definition of movement, in which he was not limited to the ideas of force and action, but looked at it from anoth
er angle, explaining the most important matters that movement requires and is related to, and we try to show the difference Between movement and change so that we can identify the most important categories in which movement occurs without the other ten categories and their connection to the place, and we try to show Ibn Sina’s position on movement in itself in terms of its unity, its abundance, its measures and its contradiction, and how he responded to all the objections related to movement and its provisions.
There are many views on the question of the logic and mechanisms of historical
development of human society; visions and answers vary, to the extent of total conflict
sometimes, on other issues that relate organically to the first question, perhaps
the most
prominent of which is the general picture of the historical evolution diagram, Sequentially
spherical stages, as well as the question of the so-called nation or the multiple nations that
alternately lead the ship of the evolution of human society in general. This is where the
sharp contrast between the two theories of the so-called equal evolution and the unequal
historical evolution as a problem from which the research begins and ends with emphasis
on the credibility of the last thesis and on highlighting a large and dangerous part of the
ideological manipulation and blindness of the first thesis. The latter, which is one of the
moss serious thesis of European orientalism and the pervasive wooden understanding of the
original thought of Marxist origin.

The paper Sheds light on one of the most important problems among the whole problems
that we find in the history of philosophy, namely, the problem of the relationship between wisdom
and Sharia law, trying to disclose the nature of the relationship
between wisdom and law in order to
detect intellectual conflicts or issues that the philosophers tried to detect the pivotal and key points
between wisdom and Sharia law, and philosophy and religion, through the general cultural state
