The aim of study was to compare the physicochemical and morphological properties of Five pomegranate cultivars grown in different region of latakia. Properties included: fruit fresh weight,number of arils per fruit, peel weight, soluble solids (TS S), titratable acidity (TA)vitamin, reducing sugar . Fruit weight ranged from(336.8 -484.77 g), peel weight of the fruit was recorded from 93,84 to 127,85g, juice weight was( 69,33-151,66 g) and reducing sugars ranged between (3.64 -12.4 %). total soluble solid ranged from( 14.5- 16.5) % and titratable acidity ranged between( 0.358- 1.321%)in pomegranate juices.vitamin C content also ranged between 11.5- 14.5 mg\100 ml).
The study was carried out in apple orchard and at the laboratories of Agricultural Scientific Research Center, and Pome and Grapevine Division in Sweida (GCSAR), Syria, during the growing seasons of 2015 and 2016 to study the effect of organic res idues, and boron and zinc addition on some soil characters, fruit set ratio and some fruits qualitative traits in Starking delicious apple cultivar in Sweida.
The study has been done in many farms which are producing sweet cherry in Lattakia during the season (2014-2015). This research focuses on study timing of phonological stages of sweet cherry in two regions (sluonfa , aen alhaeat) in Lattakia ciety and studies the effect of some climatological conditions like temperature and rain on this plant . The result of this study revealed clear variation in the climatological conditions between the two regions under study. T his variation in climatological conditions led to variation in the phonological stages of sweet cherry in two regions under study.
The study was excuted in Latakia governorate during the period (2014-2015). In this study, it has been used three cultivars of Eriobotrya japonica which were Seedawi, Morocan and Municipal). Onfigurable characterization, the average fruit weight ca lculation and the average number of seeds have been done of the fruit. Some chemical analysis were also conducted of the juice. The data has been statistical analyzed and the results showed that the earliest cultivar in maturity was Municipal. The highest rate of average fruit s weight was (53.40g) in Morocan cultivar. And the fruits shapes were between the oval shape in the Morocan and Seedawi cultivar, and circular shape in the Municipal cultivar. The Morocan and Seedawi cultivars have the supremacy in production quantity(34.67-34 kg/tree) respectively at the Municipal. The highest proportion was in vitamin C, the acidity and sugars were (0.977,1.073,15.20 %) respectively in municipal cultivar.
This investigation was conducted at the Pome and grapevine Division in Sweida governorate in 2014-2015. Four introduced pear cultivars (Anjou, Bartlett, Red Bartlett and Beurre Bosc) were studied, through fruiting and growth organs, fertility, average of fruit weight, and the yield at P< 0,05.
The study was conducted in Jableh during 2012/2013 in plastic green house on sweet and hot pepper hybrids to study the effect of plant density on growth and productivity. The hybrid VIGARIO(sweet pepper) and hybrid ERAD (hot pepper)variety were ap plied in six treatment and four replication .It was showed that the highest number of flowers were recorded in VIGARIO variety in space (50x60)cm to amount(18.33) flower/plant ,while the the highest number of fruits were recorded in space(50x40)cm to amount(20.98)fruit/plant and the earlest yield (390.6)g/m2and the highest total (3486)g/m2productivity were found in space (50x40)cm . IRAD hybrid give the highest number of flower in space (50x40)cm to amount(28.23) flower/plant,while the hieghest number of fruit were recorded in space (40x60)cm to amount(107.17) fruit/plant and the highest productivity were found in space(50x40)cm to amount (9485.7)g/m2.
This study was carried out on a 17 years Vineyard (Helwani, Betamooni. Cvs) when the study started. Two deficit irrigation treatments were studied (%88, 60%), in addition to the control (full irrigation), and each treatment included three replicati ons. Drip irrigation technique was applied (one irrigation line for each tree line, and eight drippers for each tree). Fruit yield and sugar percentage were observed under different water treatments.
This study was conducted on European grape Vitis Vinifera L. Var. Helwani, for grape vine in full bearing. Fruit were picked, during two harvest dates and for three treatments (pre-cooling directly- pre-cooling after 12 h and without pre-cooling). A 1×1×1 m pre-cooling chamber was designed (cooling efficiency 125 kg\ m3) based on iced water and pumped stream air. In addition to that, we used boxes. Then handled fruit were transferred to the storage units at 0±1Cо and 90-95% RH for two months. The initial and monthly measurements for weight loss%, decay%, ripening indicator, firmness kg/cm2 and total soluble solids TSS % were done. The study showed significant effect of directly application of pre-cooling treatment on decreasing weight loss 0.508% and decay 0.591%.
Dark circles around the eyes cause cosmetic and psychological problems. They are the most common cause of major cosmetic problems after wrinkles. Thus there is a need to look for new therapeutic options to improve the unacceptable cosmetic cases. In our research, we evaluated the effectiveness of each fruit acid and vitamin k in the treatment of dark circles around the eyes in 120 patients. The patients were randomly divided into three groups of 40 patients each. In the first group, fruit acid of 40% density was used as the only treatment. In the second group, topical vitamin k of 2% density was used as the only treatment. In the third group, both of fruit acids and the vitamin k were used for treatment. The goal of this study was to determine the best therapeutic protocol to treat dark circles around the eyes
