The research was carried out at Jeb Ramlah Research Station – AlGhab Research Center - General Authority of Scientific Agricultural Research at 2017 growing season. The objective was to investigate the effect of three organic and bio fertilizers (B acillus, Humic acid and Amino acids) and three fertilization methods (Soaking seeds, Vegetative spraying and Plant irrigation) in some morphological and production traits of cotton cultivar 124 (Gossypium herutum L.) The experiment was conducted according to RCBD with three replications. The first factor (fertilizer type) occupied the main plots, while the second factor (fertilization method) occupied the split plots. Statistical analysis was carried out using the Genestat.12 software and the least significant difference L.S.D. at 5% level was calculated. Studied traits included (at the beginning of Blooming stage): Plant Height, Plant wet weight, Plant dry weight, Leaf area and plant production of cotton. The results showed that the average of treatment of amino acids was superiority significant on the others in terms of plant height (70.70cm), Plant wet and dry weight (201.50, and 83.41g), respectively, Leaf area (4240.15cm2/plant) and plant production of cotton (75.13g). For fertilization method, Vegetative spraying average was superiority significant on the others in terms of all studied traits.
Many chemical compounds (bases, inorganic acids, salts) have been used to find a suitable solvent for vanadium oxide And determine optimal conditions for its Dissolution. The best of them was sodium hydroxide at 2M concentration. The solubility was 100% at 90 °C and the solubilitys time was 30 min. The number of motor cycles was 800 cycles / min and the liquid / solid ratio was 200 g / L. In addition, the best amino protonadted compounds were used to precipitate vanadates from their solutions (monoethanolamine, diphenylamine, hydrazine, hydroxide amine hydrochloride, urea) with several inorganic acids (HCl, H2SO4, HNO3) and 1: 1 acid/base was monoethanolamine protonated with concentrated sulfur acid .
Total of 33 isolates of lactic acid bacteria from different samples (Dairy products, Pickles), were isolated and identified according to the common characteristics of lactic acid bacteria. Twinty-five isolates were rods and 9 were cocci.
In this research two Indomethacin derivatives were synthesized, Indomethacin ethyl ester was synthesized by The Direct Esterification method by reacting indomethacin with ethanol within different conditions of time, molar ratios and solvents in a cidic medium using homogeneous acid catalysts such as sulfuric acid and methane sulfuric acid and heterogeneous acid catalysts such as amberlyst- 15. Then indomethacin acid hydrazide was synthesized by condensing the previous ester with hydrazine hydrate and the best conditions were studied of time, molar ratios, solvents and different temperatures without using any catalyst.
Oleic acid is a fatty acid known as omega-9, which is found naturally in many plant sources and animal products and is found in the form of tri-glycerides (oleic acid esters). In this research, the oleic acid was isolated and purified with a high d egree of purity up to 99% of the fatty acids extracted from olive oil, corn oil and palm oil with a yield of at least 87% of its percentage in the oils used by the use of crystalline urea as well as crystalline selective cooling . GC-FID was also used for direct quantitative analysis of oleic acid and other fatty acids.
