Many chemical compounds (bases, inorganic acids, salts) have been used to find a suitable
solvent for vanadium oxide And determine optimal conditions for its Dissolution. The best
of them was sodium hydroxide at 2M concentration. The solubility was
100% at 90 °C and
the solubilitys time was 30 min. The number of motor cycles was 800 cycles / min and the
liquid / solid ratio was 200 g / L.
In addition, the best amino protonadted compounds were used to precipitate vanadates from
their solutions (monoethanolamine, diphenylamine, hydrazine, hydroxide amine
hydrochloride, urea) with several inorganic acids (HCl, H2SO4, HNO3) and 1: 1 acid/base
was monoethanolamine protonated with concentrated sulfur acid .
The research was carried out at Al Qardaha and Banias regions in the Syrian coast,
according to the randomized complete block design RCBD, with three replicates,
during the season (20162017/). The effect of site on plant growth, development
and pr
oductivity traits of faba bean hybrid (Super Simonia) have been studied by
measuring some of phenological traits (days from planting to germination, and days
from planting to flowering), vegetative growth and productivity parameters (number
of branches pods/plant, number of seed/pod and 100 seeds weight) and seed total
protein content (%). The results showed a significant difference in the response of
Super Simonia hybrid in growth and development traits under two sites (Al Qardaha
and Banias) conditions, and the plants in Banias site were significantly superior in
most of the studied parameters. The research concluded to greater compatibility
when Italian faba bean hybrid (Super Simonia) was cultivated under Banias site
conditions as compared to Al Qardaha site, according to that the faba hybrid could
be planted in Banias region and other areas which have similar environmental
conditions.
A digestibility experiment was carried out using 105 unsexed chicks of a
commercial broiler breed taken from a hatchery nearby the farm of the
experiment. When the chicks started to hatch, the chicks were collected
without need to complete the operation of hatching to ensure that the
hatching chicks were hatched at the same time.
Amelogenins are the major enamel proteins that play a major role
in the biomineralization and structural organization of enamel ,
Aberrations of enamrl-related proteins are thought to be involved in
oncogenesis of odontogenic epithelium. The expre
ssion of
amelogenin is possibly an indicator of differentiation of epithelial
cells in the odontogenic lesions.
Recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 (rhBMP-2 ) is
effectively to regenerate defects of the maxillary and mandible
bones. Such defects are sometimes caused by resection of oral
squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) yet the biologic effects of
rhBMP-2 on this malignancy and its histological relations and the
ability of invasion and metastasis are not fully clear.
Aim of the study : this study aimed to investigate the effects of
rhBMP2 on E-cadherin expression , which plays a pivotal role in the
cellular adhesion through the adherent junctions.
Metabolic Syndrome increase the risk of cardiovascular disease
and is associated with morbidity and mortality, so that, this
research was conducted to study the risk factors of Metabolic
Syndrome.
Aiming to develop the growth, to decrease antibiotic and increase
immunity of poultry, propolis and garlic powder was used in
feeding of broiler chicken by adding it in the form of dry powder .
The research was carried out on Hubberd hybrid which they are
locally existed. Birds were divided into four groups (control and
three experiment groups).
Due to the lack informations on Biochemical of jellyfish in the Syrian waters, the
aim of this paper is determining the nutritional value and organic content for each of the
species Rhopilemanomadica, Pelagianoctiluca and Aequorea forskalea, and co
mpared the
biochemical composition of the three types , so the comparison showed clear differences in
the content of organic material, the sugar were the most concentrated in the three species
and lipid comes in second class, and then followed by the protein content and organic
carbon.A.forskalea was the most containing sugar and R.nomadica the most lipids content,
and P.noctiluca were the most protein content.R.nomadic was the highest content in
organic carbon, R.nomadica and P.noctiluca were convergent contents of organic
phosphorus, while the least contain of organic nitrogenwas in A.forskalea.
The aim of this research was studying effects of traditional heat treatments
used in hen egg preparing in nutrient compounds content and nutrient value.
This research was conducted in internal trade and consumer protection
directorate laboratories.
Several protocols for DNA extraction from leaves of pepper Capsicum annuum
L. were evaluated to detect Begomoviruses. The extraction
methods comparison were based on DNA quantity and quality. The
DNA concentration absorbance for the evaluation of DNA concentration and contamination
were measured using spectrophotometer.
