Two ethers coumarin derivatives: 7-phenoxy -4-carboxylic
coumarin (B) and 7- (6,2-di-chloro) -4-carboxylic coumarin (C)
have been synthesized from the 7-hydroxy-4-methy coumarin
(A) as beginning compound and the copper complex [CuPPh3Cl]4
carried on the amberlyst-21 as the eco-friendly catalyst, these ethers
coumarin derivatives have an important biological properties may
be used in the treatment of breast cancer.

condensing the previous ester with hydrazine hydrate and
the best conditions were studied of time, molar ratios,
solvents and different temperatures without using any
catalyst.
