The research aimed to identify the degree of practicing Management by Values of the
Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City from the Teachers' point of view in their
Schools. The research also aimed to study the differences significance between
the average
points of the research sample of the Secondary Schools Managers according to the
following variables: (sex, scientific and educational qualification, years of experience),
and to achieve the objectives of this research, a questionnaire was built, consisted of (56)
has been applied on a sample of (403) teachers, during the academic year of (2017 - 2018),
also the current research used Descriptive analytical method and to approve the
questionnaire validity, it was showed to a jury of (7) of specialized adjudicators in this
domain. Its constancy was assured by applying it on a pilot sample consisted of (82)
teachers, in Lattakia City through Cronbach – Alpha Reliability (0.952), and (0.473) at
Spearman-Brown.
The final results showed that the degree of practicing Management by Values of the
Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City the from Teachers' point of view, came
middle rated , the result also showed no statistically significance differences in the degree
of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City
of the sample members' point of view, according to the variables (sex, and scientific and
educational qualification), While there were statistically significance differences due to the
Variable experience, in favor of teachers with experience of more than (10) years. The
research provided some suggestions such as preparing training programs to train
Secondary Schools Managers on Management by Values, also conducting other researches
about applying Management by Values theory at Schools.
The goal of the current research know the degree of the exercise of basic education
teachers performing competencies from the point of view of the managers of the first
schools in the city of Latakia. To achieve the goal of the search designed rese

descriptive approach analytical work, the research sample consisted of (39), teachers of
schools in the first episode. The research found the following results: the degree of the
exercise of basic education teachers competencies implementation of the lesson, calendar
and promote learning, the use of educational materials, the teaching methods and the
design of educational activities, were medium. . While the exercise of questions classroom
instruction, management were high-grade. In addition, the study indicated that there was
no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the sample due to the
gender variable and variable experience
The existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of
the sample on the questionnaire of competencies attributed to the variable of the academic
qualification (secondary, university, and deepening educational qualification) for the
benefit of the managers of the university certificate and deepen the educational
qualification.
The research aims to learn more about management styles prevalent
among managers of kindergartens from the viewpoint of the
parameters. Creative behavior and know the level of kindergarten
teachers in the province of Damascus. It defines the relat
ionship
between the administrative and creative patterns and behavior. And
know the differences between the scores of answers to sample
individuals to identify managerial styles and to identify creative
behavior depending on the variables of research: (qualification,
years of experience). And it adopted a researcher on the analytical
descriptive approach, and the researcher used a questionnaire to
measure patterns of four administrative behavior patterns, and
identify creative behavior. The sample consisted of search (238)
parameter of kindergarten teachers in the province of Damascus.
Introduction:The nurse manager role and how it is carried out in healthcare
organizations has been an important topic which had emphasized by many international
organizations and institutions during the past two decades. Thus, this role had impact
on
nursing staff, other healthcare providers, patients and on healthcare environment as whole.
To carry out her duties, nurse manager needs to build up and improve her personal skills
and leadership competencies continuously. This by depending on international competency
standards which developed by international organizations and institutions to be the basic to
assess and improve nurse managers competency. Depending on these standards, this study
was conducted and aimed to assess nurse managers' competency in implementing
international competency standards in Al- Assad university hospital and Al- Wattany
hospital at Lattakia.
Thestudy was conducted on Al- Assad university and Al- Wattany hospitals at
Lattakia. Whereas, The study sample consisted of 21 nurse managers , and 80 nurses from
two hospitals. The main results ofthis study was that there was agreement between nurses
'viewpoints and nurse managers' viewpoint in both hospitals on nurse managers'
implementation of international competencies standards.
This research aims to reveal the Human Relationships Between Managers
and Teachers in Secondary Schools ,from viewpoint of teachers.
The research adopted the analytical descriptive approach, using the
questioner, it involved (26) items to gathering information and opinions
from the teachers.
