This research shows that the design of wind turbine blade for the
best production of energy produces a turbine with a problem of
start-up.
The study focused on ways to improve the process of the small
wind turbine start-up at the low wind speed w
ith the stability of
the pitch blade angle, and study the behavior of the turbine
during the stage of angular acceleration after the start-up until
the turbine reaches the speed of rotation that enable it to produce
the energy.

This study aims to identify the factors affecting the velocity of
money in Syria during the period ( 1990-2010) based on the study
and review of the monetary theories, and the analysis of some
empirical studies that examined the velocity of money
and its
relation to macroeconomic variables. In addition to an
econometric study focused on the relationship between the
velocity of money in its narrow sense (M1) with the rate of
inflation, per capita GDP, real exchange rate, financial evolution,
interest rate and political instability, using ARDL methodology to
test joint integration.
Applied study was conducted to look at the banks and the
insurance sector and other sectors in Damascus security market ، which has made
the event for a period specified in the period before and after the event and using
statistical test.
We offer in this research, theory study using a modeling tool for the
possibility of improving the performance of solar pumping system
of rivers using submersible centrifugal pump with variable speed
and moving solar panels controlled by logical microcontroller
programmer (plc.).
In this study, we have developed a mathematical model, which formed the basis for
the development of a digital diagnostic model, for the question of the relation between the
engine torque (and therefore power), and the clearances in the basic and s
econdary
bearings of the crankshaft, to diagnose clearance values in these bearings, /which will
inevitably affect on the torque and the vibrations of the engine/, where multiple and
various grand-scale case experiments were carried out through simulation and arithmetic
experimentation on a diagnostic model, which constituted the first and main phase (the
instruction phase) of the full diagnosis. And at the end we discussed the results and put
some conclusions and recommendations to complete the work in the future.
The Earth's gravity field is related to the Earth's mass and shape and to the
position, where we apply the measurement.The measured value in any place
depends on the altitude of the place angle and Earth's rotation speed around
itself.

er we present a theoretical idea connecting the value of gravity with
the above mentioned amounts. Next we calculated the value of this field in
some Syrian cities.
The paper is ended by important note, that the obtained relations allowing to
calculate the value of the gravity field depends on the place altitude, not on the
one's Longitude.

investment represented by turnover of the shares of insurance

Damascus Securities Exchange, During the period 1-1-2010 until 31-
12-2014 in order to improve and raise the level of the insurance

Facial structures, as well as their functions and correlations, have been extensively
studied to expand the knowledge of craniofacial growth and development and to optimize
growth predictions and proper indications of orthodontic and surgical treat
ments. The
cranial base forms the boundaries of the craniofacial complex . The nasomaxillary
complex is related to the anterior cranial base, whereas the mandible is related to its
posterior portion. Therefore, the shape of the cranial base is an important factor in
establishing the position of the maxilla and mandible. Aim: to investigate the relationship
of cranial base with jaws rotation in adult orthodontically non-treated subjects using Cone-
Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) scan. Materials and methods: 27 Caucasian adult
patients with no prior orthodontics treatment were selected (16 males, 11 females)
.Cephalometric measurements determining type of jaw rotation were performed according
to Björk's analysis. Pearson's Correlation Coefficient was calculated to investigate the
relationship between the CBCT cranial base measurements and Cephalometric
measurements determining type of jaw rotation . Results: This study reveal vary
correlation between CBCT measurements of cranial base's dimensions and jaws rotation.
Conclusions: There is no relationship between the cranial base morphology and Jaws
rotation in adult orthodontically non-treated subjects.

The study aimed to investigate labor turnover rate effect on tourism service quality, by determining labor turnover rate effect on service quality dimensions (reliability, sympathy). The study conducted on sample of managers ,labor and hotel customer
s in in the Syrian Coast.
The study results show that labor turnover rate affects tourism service quality. Whereas there is a relationship between labor turnover rate and service quality. and that there is an acceptable relationship between reliability and the labor turnover rate and a weak relationship between sympathy and the labor turnover rate.
