This search get some definitions and concepts and literature review about human capital improving and employee performance topic. this search is applied on a sample of on employees in Syrian coast hotels with four and five stars in 2014.We distribute 96 copies of questionnaire on employees, but 80 of them valid for analysis. The requests are analyzed by using statistical devices with SPSS program. The search get to some results and advices which can correct mistakes and weakness in dealing with human capital like: There is a positive and strong relationship between skills improving and employee performance, And there is apositive relationship between knowledge improving and employee performance.

This study aimed at identifying the relationship between the human capital and innovation performance in Tishreen University. By Identifying the Impact of each the skill, knowledge, and experience. The researcher relied on the Deductive Approach as a general method. He follows a survey methodology, and he gave a questionnaire to 360 people, they are members of the Teaching Staff in Tishreen University, He also made a field Study to show this relationship, The main result of the study was that there a positive significant relationship between the human capital and innovation performance. We have provided a summary of the main result that have found out is that the possession of Tishreen University of human capital capable to innovation performance (radical and Incremental). With the presentation of some of the proposals and recommendations to improve the relationship including the need to work on the development of skills and knowledge and gain more of it, in order to enhance innovation performance to the members of the Teaching Staff in Tishreen University.
This paper is concerned with shedding lights on major internal and external variables related to status quo of Syrian economic foundations in addition to the importance of investing in human capital, which is considered a real measure of management 's ability to succeed in achieving objectives through organizing, developing and completing training programs for human resources, it also implies how progressive an administrative mentality and development in these organizations.
The formation of optimal capital structure is considered as one of the most difficult challenges that face management at banks, by exploring the capital structure at Syrian private banks, the researcher noticed that Syrian private banks depend on short term debt financing, however, the researcher sees that this kind of debt will have a weak impact on the profitability of Syrian private banks for not having long term debt financing.
