The Flexibility is one of the most important elements of the fitness that must be existed in the player. Because when the players do the movement skills it is required to move the knuckle smoothly to lean all actions and to allow the physical perf ormance to control on the player exposure to injury. The researcher is noticed that at the tests of the college there is a weak in the Flexibility for the students at the first year at Sporting Education College and it is a problem that student can't do the movement skills very well and exposure to injury and difficulties to learn and get skills. That is required extra time and a lot of practice by the teachers so the researcher designs a program to measuring the Flexibility for the students at the first year and to know the effect of this program on it
This research aims to study the importance of serving efficiency in tennis. It is applied to nineteen labeled players, who have participated in the following international championships: 1-Masters-tennis tournament 2011 London; 2-Hamburg Tennis tourn ament; -3-china open tennis tournament2013 4-shanghai rolex masters 2013. Results of these tournaments have been analyzed and yielded the following results: the accuracy and efficiency of surving play a critical role in determining the result of the game, especially when levels of the two players are very close. Absence of focus and loss of accuracy in serving leads to increase in the number of double fault. That in turn leads to losing too many rounds in games and it also leads contender to win faultless rounds without any effort. When the player has too many aces in games, he will always be in attacking position. This is a conformation, which proves that the powerful efficiency of serving is confusing the contender and making him occupied with a defence position all the time.
The sport shows is the use of field movement to form geometric and artistic shapes so it taught at the physical education ,Decoration, and Fine arts faculties. This research is made to meet the requirements of quality (NARS) standards ,and the needs of the teaching process and aimed to find out the state of the Sports Shows course , its methods and quality. A Questionnaire was conducted according to Bloom's Taxonomy with its six levels the Questionnaire is consisted of 33 questions the Questionnaire is evaluated by thirteen of the Faculty of Physical Education and Faculty of Education academic staff to conclude that the applied teaching method achieves the course goals ,and the students comprehension level is good and the course items are adequate.
Forwardness is a sentimental acquired readiness in the individuals moving its attitude towards different cases and matters and individuals' tendency towards sport is one of those tendencies that are formed in society as a result of its culture , te aching methods and educational targets . And this is the revelation of the study which used the descriptive method using the questionnaire method which included 5150 Syrian citizens from different ages . The study concluded that there is a positive tendency in the individuals of the research sample towards sport physically, medically, psychologically, mentally and in social and revival fields. And that age was neither an effective nor a cogent factor in the individuals' tendency towards sport. And the study indicated the necessity of investment in this positive climate by placing strategies of Building and Developing the comprehensive sport awareness.
One of the skills that should be possessed by block players in volleyball is reaction speed. It effectively influences the player’s ability to block strong shots from the opponent correctly. However, response time is influenced by how much the play er benefits from the prime which is provided around him to prepare for the next movement. When a player effectively prepares for the required movement in advance, these information are processed more rapidly, and thus, we notice an improvement in the player’s reaction time. Thus, we have conducted this study to find out the effect of special exercises designed for motor preparation on reaction speed for block players center (3) in volleyball . For the current study, we have used the priming test, suggested by Rosenbaum and Kormblum (1982) as a prior test and a follow-up test for both test group and blocked group, in order to figure out the effect of providing primes on the player’s reaction time. The primes provided were either identity for the required movementor neutral. We have followed the method of calculating the number of correct attempts executed by the players, in order to infer the change in their reaction speed. The results revealed improvement in the number of correct attempts for test group after applying the suggested training program in the two situations (identity-neutral). Therefore, we find that the applied program has contributed to an increase in the number of correct executed attempts, which suggests an increase in the speed of processing the information, leading to enhancing the reaction speed in block players center (3). In light of these findings, we have recommended the necessity of using the suggested training program as part of the training plans provided for Syrian volleyball teams. This recommendation is due to the program’s importance in improving reaction speed, on which most offensive and defensive skills in this game depends. We have also recommended the necessity of conducting further research and study, based on modern training methods.
The aim of this research is to speed up the offensive tactic by improving reaction time when performing the forehand strike . For this reason, this research adopted the( 24) participants from the first-class table tennis clubs players in Latakia ( junior category ). They were divided into two equal groups (experimental and control group ) . The two samples underwent a pre test to measure reaction time , and they performed the ball driven from the machine test. Then, the experimental group underwent training program designed for four weeks : each week is composed of three training session and each session includes four or five exercises to develop the reaction time in table tennis . The control group underwent their traditional program as usual. Then the two samples underwent a post test , and they also performed the ball driven from the machine test. The searcher used experimental method for two groups (experimental and control) by using the pre and post test to the both groups. Then the results of the two samples were compared between pre and post tests . The researcher concluded that the applied training program affected positively on improving reaction time when performing the forehand strike .
With the advent of Experimental Psychology in the middle of the last century and took control of scientists on the research and studies that have appeared in that period, which was on the whole attempt to find and understand the cognitive processes taking place during the learning and performance of the studies that appeared in that period, and is a model unique to the relationship between cognition and motor performance Contextual Interference that have received since the appearance of the many studies that have proven the effect of overlapping content is that some of the results did not demonstrate this effect, scientists these results are attributed to the nature of the tasks and subject to the influence of one general motor program. This research is an applied study of overlapping content adopted in his experience on the skill of the correction in basketball from different points in order to verify or deny the impact of the emergence of overlapping content in skills which are subject to the influence of one general motor program. Find showed the impact of the emergence of overlapping content in skills which are subject to the influence of one general motor program, the results of which is a pilot for the use of unconditional support for overlapping content by teaching motor skills.
Increasing and improving general and basic specific endurance at the preparatory phase of the football players are perceived as one of the greatest factors that contribute to successful and effective application of training programmes. Additionally , it helps improve players’ capabilities to endure the league's pressure. More specifically, it is worth noting that the football players need additional or exceptional efforts during the national league. Furthermore, the football matches at the national and international levels may exceed 80 every season, which raises the importance of the endurance element. This study aims to determine the level of endurance element for players from Banias Football Club and Huten Football Club before and after the preparatory phase, and to understand the level of change (improvement) that occurred on this element. Quantitative method was adopted to answer research questions. The results revealed that there are significant differences between the two groups, particularly for Banias Club players.
Soccer game is one of the more games that players are exposed to sports injuries and the reason for this is due to the large increase of the practitioners of this game as well as the characteristics of this game that are frequently the friction betwe en the players. Therefore, this studyis concerned to identify the causes leading to the occurrence of injuries in the lower limb among soccer players in the clubs lattakia city . In addition the comparison between the clubs of lattakia city from where the occurrence of lower limb injuries by variables ( Type - Classification of dangerous - Location – Form ) to the soccer players. The study sample included 43of the players from men's clubs in the city of Lattakia, where the questionnaire was designed and distributed to injured players and then were collected questionnaire by the researcher. The study found that there is a difference in the causesleading to the occurrence of sports injuries among soccer players in the club and another. In addition to that . different types of infections , forms , classification of seriousness and where they occur in the lower limb among football players between club and another .
The use of kinetic analysis adopted by the biomechanics is significant because it may help to detect the mistakes associated with performance by determining the variables values that represent performance specifications, or to identify and address the weaknesses, or to add more active means and aids to develop the performance. This study focuses on the javelin release speed variable and its relation to the achievement. The study applied on 5 Syrian javelin throwers of national team who participated in Arab and Asian championships. The study concluded that there issignificant correlation between the javelin release speed and the achievement. The study also concluded the low release speed of the javelin compared with international champions. The researcher recommended to give more attention to the development of the javelin release speed and to improve the relevantvariables, and not to adopt the random assessment in determining the reasons of the low level.
