This study aimed to answer the following main question: What is the role of kindergarten principals as resident supervisors in improving the performance of parameters from the parameters point of view? In order to achieve the objectives of the st udy, the researcher followed the descriptive approach, and designed a questionnaire consisting of (64) paragraphs divided into four areas: Planning, implementation of teaching, classroom management, evaluation.) The questionnaire was distributed to kindergarten teachers in Homs, (Government and private).
The present study aimed to detect whether there were differences between the trends of kindergarten teachers about the role of the trips as an activity is not descriptive in the development of environmental awareness due to the variables (type K, educational qualification, years of experience), and the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach based on the "questionnaire" relating to measuring the kindergarten teachers attitudes about the role of the trips as an activity is not descriptive in the development of environmental awareness in Homs consists of (24) paragraph covers the following themes (the relationship trips curriculum, the importance of trips, the role of the journey in environmental education, the role of the teacher is to promote trips), and consisted of community the original study of all government kindergarten teachers and private kindergartens in the city of Homs totaling (301) kindergarten teacher has been distributed study tool (130), a member of the study sample was chosen randomly were retrieval (110) questionnaires out of 130 questionnaire by (84.61%).
The search aims for the study of the positions of parents and kindergarten teachers on intergration of special needs children at kindergarten. Besides, the search is on for reavel the different opinions between parents and kindergarten teachers The sample included(60)teachers divided over fifteen kindergartens in Homs, (30)children parents, and, (30)special needs children parents.The searcher prepared a questionnaire with /27/ items divided over three main fields: Personality, Education and Relationship.It was verified of the stability of the questionnaire. It was concluded with following results: -There are statistical variation between teacher attitudes and the attitudes of parents of special needs children in the process of intgeration in kindergarten at the level of significant of 5% in favour of parent special needs children in the field of education rather than the personality and relationship. -There are not any statistical variations between the attitudes of teachers and the attitudes of parents of good children in the process of intergration in kindergarden at the level of significans of 5% -There are statistical variation between the attitudes of parents of special needs children and the attitudes of parents of good children in the process of intergration in kindergarden at the level of significant of 5% in favour of parent special needs children in the field of education rather than the personality and relationship. Finally, the search concluded a set of proposals.
The purpose of the research is to find out the extent to which female teachers in the specialization of kindergartens at Al-Baath University have some self-learning skills, and differences in their degrees of practice are defined according to the var iable of the school year. The sample of the study consisted of 67 female students and the fourth year (28) female students and the first (39) students, randomly selected from the original community. The research sample includes a measure of some self-learning skills and includes skills: preparation and planning for learning - research and reading - active reading - review and memorization, where the final form of the (25) item distributed in the skills mentioned, after adjusting in accordance with the views of a number of arbitrators in Faculty of Education, Baath University, see Appendix (1). The results showed that there were significant differences between the female students in the exercise of these skills according to the variable of the academic year for the fourth year students.
