هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف دور المشرف التربوي في تحسين أداء معلمات رياض
الأطفال في تنمية مهارات الأطفال اللغوية من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال في
الأردن. تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 213 ) معلمة رياض أطفال من مديريات التعليم
الخاص في محافظات عمان و المفرق و إربد، و تم بناء استبانة تكونت من ( 36 ) فقرة
موزعة على خمسة مجالات.
This study aimed at investigating the role of educational supervisor
in improving kindergarten teachers' performance in the development of
children's language skills from the kindergarten teachers' viewpoint in
Jordan. The study sample consisted of (213) teachers from the
educational private directorates in Amman, Mafraq and Irbid.
Theresearchers designed a questionnaire that consisted of (36) items that
addressed five domains.
