هدف البحث إلى التعرف إلى درجة تقييم معلمي الحلقة الأولى من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في مدينة دمشق للبرامج التدريبية التي تقدم لهم في أثناء الخدمة في مجالات ( محتوى البرامج التدريبية - تخطيط البرامج التدريبية و تنظيمها - تقويم البرامج التدريبية ) و معرفة الفروق بين متوسط إجابات أفراد عينة البحث في المجالات المذكورة, تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة و المؤهل العلمي.
The aim of the research is presenting to show the evaluation
degree of the first Round teachers' in the primary learning period
in Damascus according to the programs which is presented during
the during the service in the fields of ( the planning and arranging
for the training programs- the continent of training programs -
evaluate the training programs) and to discover the differences
between the average of the answers of the group members in the
previons fields, due to the variable of the number of experience
