This research aimed to know existence of post traumatic disorder, and the differences in the degree of PTSD between males and females, as it aimed to detect the differences in the degree of PTSD depending on the variables; period of the shock , Educational level and social status. In This research it is used Davidson's scale of PTSD ,which is based in the diagnosis DSM-IV which was translated to Arabic by Abdul Aziz Thabet (2006). The research is applied in Jableh. The sample consisted of (69) young (35) males and (34) females. The research is found the following results: there is post-traumatic stress disorder on a sample of the brothers of the martyrs in area OF Jablah, there is no statistically significant differences in the degree of PTSD between males and females, and Educational level , as too there are statistically significant differences in the degree of PTSD depending on the variables of a period of shock For a period of less than one year and social status research sample For the benefit of unmarried brothers .

This research aimed to know the level of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder among a sample of the displacded adolescentes, and to know the arrangement of the dimensions PTSD among the sample. Furthermore, the study attempted to explore whether displacd ed adolescentes differ according to their gender and the habitation place. The sample of this study comprised of (50) displacded adolescentes: (19 male and 31 female) and (50) adocescents. In order to achieve the goals of this study the Davidson's scale of PTSD was used. The results showed that: there is average level of (PTSD) among the displaced adolesentes, and the arrangement of the dimension (PTSD) was: (avoidance, re-experience, hyper arousal). The results also showed there is no differences statistically fonction (0.05 "≥α) between the males and females and the habitation place in the degree of PTSD.

The current study sought to identify the irrational thoughts and their relationship to the emergence of post-traumatic stress disorder among in the classroom teacher- students at al Baath University, whether irrational thoughts influenced by sex a nd level of study, the classroom teacher students who suffer from pressure PTSD. The study sample consisted of (250) male and female students from the classroom teacher students in the College of Education at the University of the Baath.

This study aimed at investigating Tishreen university students’ psychological stress sources. Furthermore, the study attempted to explore whether students differ according to their gender, their academic specializations. The sample of this study comprised of (200) students: (100 male and 100 female). In order to achieve the goals of this study the Inventory of University Students’ Sources of psychological stress was constructed. The final version of the scale consisted of (60) items. These items distributed in seven dimensions: family stress, economic stress, personal stress, security stress, social stress, and environment of the learning stress. The results showed that most areas of the psychological stress is security, and least influential in them are social stress. The results also indicated to significant differences (α≤ 0.05) between males and females means in the social, personal, family, and the economic domains. according to the variable students’ academic specializations, the results showed no differences statistically function (0.05 "≥α) between the students.
