The purpose of this study is to offer help to patients through the employment of databases applications of existing and available telecommunication systems in medical services ,particularly treatment. So that it can be possible to avoided what can be avoided of health disasters that a human being encounter without warning. This study examines how modern technologies can be employed in controlling and processing some vital signs of human beings,particulary those who suffer some health problems affiliated with some diseases ,and keeping these problems under control in order to maintain the stability of the patients health statues. The vital signs that the study is applied to are blood pressure, pulse and blood glucose, since any of change in the value of any of these signs, positive or negative, may cause the patient to have a sudden health problems.
The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between the state of psychological flow and the level of ambition among a sample of swimmers in Damascus governorate. Differences in the degree of psychological flow and level of ambition among the members of the research sample are defined according to gender and age variables.

The sample of the research was chosen intentionally , it composedof (58) male and female students, and it follows the curriculum in terms of quasiexperimental sample divided into two groups: (experimental 29 students), and the control group 29 students).And the study used the Learning Program according to Marzano’s Dimensions Of Learning Model for students in first grade secondary school, and Test for metacognition thinking .The study showed that:there was a statistically significant mean score difference between experimental and control groups according to Test for metacognition thinking as a result of the post, so this difference is due to the the metacognition according to Marzano’s Dimensions Of Learning Model, which due to the teaching in this method has contributed to increase the level of students' metacognition thinking better than the traditional way. And the study didn’t show a statistically significant mean score difference between the mean scores of students of the experimental group (male and female) in the post to test metacognition thinking, and it may be due to the fact that student who learn in a metacognition was an active partner in educational situation, he or she is the tempter, liquid and good listener, all that helped in the development of his metacognition thinking skills, whether male or female.
This research aims to investigate the nature of the correlated relationship between mindfulness and resilience, as well as to investigate these differences according to the gender variable. The Kentucky Inventory of Mindfulness (prepared by Baer, G regory, and Allen, 2004) and Resilience Scale (prepared by Connor and Davidson, 2003), both translated into Arabic by Al-Assemi, have been used. The sample consisted of (40) 3th year undergraduate students of Counseling Department (2nd Faculty of Education in Damascus University). The concluded results are: 1. There is a statistically significant relationship between observing and resilience dimensions: hardiness, resourcefulness, and purpose, as well as the total score of resilience. Moreover, there is a statistically significant relationship between describing and purpose dimensions. Furthermore, there is a statistically significant relationship between the total score of resilience and the purpose dimension. 2. There are statistically significant differences in the average scores among the sample’s members on the resilience scale between high and low emotional regulation levels. 3. There are no statistically significant differences in the average scores among the sample’s members on the mindfulness and resilience scales related to gender. 4. There is a statistically significant effect between resilience and gender variables in mindfulness, in favor of high-scored resilience female members. However, there is a statistically significant effect of resilience alone or gender alone in mindfulness.
