هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى الأداء الديمقراطي لدى طلبة كلية التربية بجامعة اليرموك. و علاقة ذلك بكل من الجنس، و التخصص، و المستوى الدراسي، و الدرجة العلمية. و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (291) طالباً و طالبة من طلبة كلية التربية بجامعة اليرموك و من أهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة ما يلي: 1 -مستوى الأداء الديمقراطي لدى طلبة الكلية مستوى متوسط في جميع مجالات أداة الدراسة. 2 -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الأداء الديمقراطي لدى طلبة الكلية وفقاً لمتغير الجنس، في مجال الطابع الديمقراطي و كان لصالح فئة الذكور، و لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في باقي مجالات الدراسة و المجموع الكلي. 3 -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الأداء الديمقراطي لدى طلبة الكلية وفقاً لمتغير التخصص في مجالات الدراسة جميعها. 4 -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الأداء الديمقراطي لدى طلبة الكلية وفقاً لمتغير المستوى الدراسي. 5 -عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الأداء الديمقراطي لدى طلبة الكلية وفقاً لمتغير الدرجة العلمية. و في ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة يقترح الباحثان ضرورة إدخال مساقات مختلفة عن الديمقراطية في الحياة الجامعية و أثر ذلك على الفرد و المجتمع.
