Ask ChatGPT about the research

There are many methods and suggestions proposed to improve the efficiency of search in order to catch up with the increasing speed of information boom on the web. Most of these proposals are concentrated on term frequency and page rank algorithms and yet very few of them focus on semantic relationship of content. The objective of this research project is to provide a semantic relationship model that can be used for semi-structured or unstructured information on the web to help improve the accuracy and efficiency of search engine.

The ability to search the Web sites has become essential for many people. However many sites have problems in giving the user the needed information. Search operations are typically limited to keyword searches and do not take into consideration the u nderlying semantics of the content. The present technologies support most languages; Though Arabic is still not well supported. One of the main application areas of Ontology technology is semantics. Although there are many tools for developing Ontology’s in many languages, Arabic WordNet seems to be the only one that supports Arabic language. In this paper we will define the necessary steps to develop Arabic Ontology for university sites using Arabic WordNet, and check that the developed Ontology is clean.
This research highlights the vital role of Pavement Management Systems integrated with Geographic Information Systems in planning and managing road maintenance in Lattakia, and getting a flexible local system by following a new method in processing a nd viewing information that supports maintenance decision. This study included applying a pilot project for managing pavement maintenance over a group of roads following The General Establishment for Road Communications. Those roads were divided to links and segments then evaluated using the " Asphalt Institute Method ", which gave us a numeric pointer that led in turn to the type of maintenance needed for a particular pavement. In this research, we depended on the Geographic Information Systems to design and build a comprehensive database, that reflected the present condition of the studied roads, and enabled us to store, analyze and document pavement surface condition and link it to the digitized maps of the studied roads. This guaranteed easy and direct access to various kinds of data and solutions as every segment appeared in a different color reflecting its conditions according to the theme of the map. By doing so, we could support the process of taking right maintenance decisions.
With the recent advances in the field of network security, a technique called Intrusion Detection System IDS is developed to further enhance and make network secure. It is a way by which we can protect our internal network from outside attack, and can take appropriate action if needed. Using intrusion detection methods, information can be collected from known types of attack and can be used to detect if someone is trying to attack the network. Many techniques are there to detect intrusion in a network like signature matching, anomaly based and others. The work presented here studies and compares the techniques used by intrusion detection systems, and focuses on the signature matching technique. It discusses the open source, free intrusion detection system Snort. Another open source intrusion detection system Bro is also discussed. It compares these systems alarms against the open source tool IDSWakeup.
This study aimed to identify the impact of Computerized Management Information Systems on the performance of workers in the Establishment of Telecommunication in Tartous, to achieve the study's objectives a Questionnaire of (28) paragraphs –for the purpose of data collection and measurement of study variables- was designed and developed. The study made several results ,and the important results ;there is a significant relationship between operation and management requirements of Computerized Management Information Systems (physical ,programmatic ,human and organizational) and the performance of workers in the establishment , but there isn’t a significant differences between the perceptions of respondents on the impact of computerized Management Information Systems on the performance of workers due to the demographic variables(Level of Scientific, Gender ,Place of work, Functional level ) .
This study aims to identify the concept of Knowledge management as considering it as one of the new management theory that many organization trying to apply it useful of his advantage, also the aim was to identify the Knowledge procedures and cause s of return of libraries and information system to Knowledge management, in addition to identify requester of Knowledge management application in the libraries. The research design was the theory deism as most appropriate for this study. The results of this research show that there was no significant different between libraries duties, information systems, and Knowledge management procedures, also that the most important requisites of Knowledge management application in libraries was existing of three elements which are: organizational culture, organizational knowledge, knowledge management technology.
