The aim of the research is to identify the degree to which the teacher of the school in the city of Homs, in turn, in the consolidation of social values of students in the first cycle of basic education from the point of view of teachers and princ ipals and to identify the obstacles to the teacher, To establish the social values of the students of the first cycle of basic education according to the research variables (gender, type of qualification, number of years of experience).
The objective of the research is to know the situations of merge schools according to the view of first circle teachers in basic education in the city of Homs in accordance with the variant of qualification and years of experience and to find the suggestion set by the teachers to develop merge schools. The sample consists of 20 teacher from the Merge schools .A questionnaire has been applied by the researcher .the questionnaire includes 18 items within 3 dimensions . It has been proved by the appropriate method. The results have showed no differences among the degrees of the teacher responses to the questionnaire according to the variant of qualification and years of experience . Some suggestions have been set by most teachers about the situation of merge schools . there suggestions included much internet in the merge schools concerning the requiems necessary for the merge process like furniture, teaching means for the students impairment.
The study aimed to identify the role of the school management in the promotion of national belonging among teachers and pupils, and the extent of the practice of school administration for this role, and the disclosure of the differences between the study sample about the contribution of the school administration in the promotion of national belonging among teachers and pupils and the exercise of this role.
The research aimed to acknowledge the most important obstacles which contradict applying the school’s activities from the perspective of principles of the basic learning stage at Homs city. The researcher followed the descr iptive method, The research tool consisted of a questionnaire in which the researcher examined the views of the Educational mentors of the first Colloquium and their teachers from the basic education stage in Lattakia about the role of singing songs in the teaching of my language Arabic subject . The sample included (18) Educational mentors and (160) teachers and( 12.27 %) Of the original community of teachers in Lattakia, were chosen randomly, and the research tool was presented to a group of arbitrators and verified its validity and consistency, and then applied in the academic year 2016-2017. The research showed the following results and the most important were: There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance(0.05) between the averages of the degrees (mentors and the teachers) in their opinions about the role of singing songs in teaching of my Language Arabic subject according to the variables (gender and educational experience); and this is due to their awareness of the importance of the singing songs in teaching my Language Arabic as an interesting useful scientific method of shortening time and effort, whereas There are statistically significant differences at the averages of the degrees of the Educational mentors and the teachers in their opinions of the role of singing songs in teaching of my Language Arabic according to the variables (type of work and scientific qualification ) for the benefit of mentors and high educational specialists . In the light of the results The research suggested : 1 - The need to prepare qualified academic and educational teachers to teach the songs in the halls of the availability of suitable educational means, after the introduction to the curriculum or composed by them, the research confirmed that it is still absent from the ground until the moment of doing this research. 2 - Adoption of the criteria reached in the selection of songs.
