Certain types of classification problems may be performed at multiple levels of granularity; for example, we might want to know the sentiment polarity of a document or a sentence, or a phrase. Often, the prediction at a greater-context (e.g., sentenc es or paragraphs) may be informative for a more localized prediction at a smaller semantic unit (e.g., words or phrases). However, directly inferring the most salient local features from the global prediction may overlook the semantics of this relationship. This work argues that inference along the contraposition relationship of the local prediction and the corresponding global prediction makes an inference framework that is more accurate and robust to noise. We show how this contraposition framework can be implemented as a transfer function that rewrites a greater-context from one class to another and demonstrate how an appropriate transfer function can be trained from a noisy user-generated corpus. The experimental results validate our insight that the proposed contrapositive framework outperforms the alternative approaches on resource-constrained problem domains.
Large pretrained language models using the transformer neural network architecture are becoming a dominant methodology for many natural language processing tasks, such as question answering, text classification, word sense disambiguation, text comple tion and machine translation. Commonly comprising hundreds of millions of parameters, these models offer state-of-the-art performance, but at the expense of interpretability. The attention mechanism is the main component of transformer networks. We present AttViz, a method for exploration of self-attention in transformer networks, which can help in explanation and debugging of the trained models by showing associations between text tokens in an input sequence. We show that existing deep learning pipelines can be explored with AttViz, which offers novel visualizations of the attention heads and their aggregations. We implemented the proposed methods in an online toolkit and an offline library. Using examples from news analysis, we demonstrate how AttViz can be used to inspect and potentially better understand what a model has learned.
In this study are evaluated the effects of addition of vitamin E and Selenium on the sperm motility and vitality of Syrian rooster, at storing at 4 C⁰ for 24 and 48 hours. The Results showed that the addition of both vitamin E and E with Selenium i mproved the sperm vitality and movement, but the vibration movement was decreased during 24 and 48 hours. Our results also showed that the concentration of (5mg E+0.6mg Se) gave the highest value of sperm vitality, rapid and slow movement with 17.79%, 10.65%, 8. 28% respectively for 24 hours, and 19.29%, 10.06% 10.37% respectively for 48 hours. Whereas the concentration of (10 mgE+0.6 Se) gave the lowest values of mentionned parameters. Contrarily, the first concentration gave the lowest and the second the highest values of the vibration movement. Finally, the statistical analysis (p<0.001) showed a significant difference between studied parameters.
Local administration units work to formulate their economic, social and development policies that are compatible with the interests and demands of their communities, In order for these units to function and achieve their policy objectives, they nee d to manage their financial resources efficiently in order to avoid waste and prevent financial deficits that adversely affect their functions and sustainability. As a result, local finance is increasingly important in local management studies The aim of this study is to study the financing of the local administration units in Syria and Egypt, We will discuss the definition of the Syrian and Egyptian legislators for these units and their consideration, Then we will examine the revenues of these units at all levels in detail, indicating the sources of this funding and details of all relevant legislations and laws, The study provides some recommendations to enhance the revenues of local units and to organize their financial and legal affairs in a precise and effective manner, allowing these units to carry out their tasks effectively and in full Policies.
This study was carried out to determine the efficiency of local Bacillus isolates to control large wax moth larvae (Galleria mellonella L.) at GCSAR laboratory in 2012. Infected larvae were collected from stored wax combs, and the bacteria Bacillus genus were isolated from dead larvae, or that showing disease symptoms of black brown spots on larvae cuticle. Bacterium was grown on T3 medium and identified according to biochemical tests, and the efficacy of isolates was determined on pure colonies of larvae. The results of biochemical tests showed that the isolates belong to Bacillus thuringiensis. Isolates were different in pathogenicity. Bt5 isolate was the most efficient to kill the larvae of large wax moth (72.4 %), and significantly superior all other isolates (p ≤ 0.01). Bt1 isolate showed a significant difference with control but non-significant difference with Bt2, Bt3, Bt4, Bt6 and Bt7 isolates.
We present in this article a game of chance (Saint Petersburg Paradox) and generalize it on a probability space as an example of a previsible (predictable) process, from which we get a discrete stochastic integration (DSI). Then we define a marting ale and present it as a good integrator of a discrete stochastic integration ∫ , which is called the martingale transform of by such that is a previsible process. After that we present the most important properties of the DSI, which include that the DSI is also a martingale , the theorem of stability for it, the definition of the covariation of two given martingales and the proof that the DSI is centered with a specific given variance. Finally, we define Doob-decomposition and the quadratic variation and present Itȏformula as a certain sort of it.
The main goal behind this research is to determine the future role of the faculty of education - university of Al-Baath in regards to the development of the local community in the fields of scientific consultation and research, public awareness, t raining and education, from the viewpoint and vision of its educational staff. A descriptive research has been conducted, and 52 staff members within the facility were surveyed during the second curriculum of 2016/2017.
We performed this study aimed to compare the sensitivity of parasite detection by microscopic examination in samples collected by conventional technique and samples collected after local anesthetic with lidocaine and adrenaline of the same lesions in patients with suspected leishmaniasis.
In this research, we are studying the possibility of contribution in solving the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows(VRPTW),that is one of the optimization problems of the NP-hard type. Moreover, Hybrid algorithm (HA) provided that integrate s between Tabu Search Algorithm and Guided Local Search algorithm And existence 2- Opt Local Search, based on the savings algorithm in terms of continued of a particular objective to provide a lot of savings. As we will compare the presented approach with standard tests to demonstrate the efficiency, and their impact on the quality of the solution in terms of speed of convergence and the ability to find better solutions.
Biological tests were study the pathogenicity of four local isolates of Beauveria bassiana (Bals) orginated from, Latakia , Homs ,ICARDA Jableh on third larval age of Bactrocera oleae.
