Natural birth is a unique experience in the mother's life, but it is associated with severe pain due to uterine contractions during labor, so the control of this pain is an important requirement for them. The massage and breathing techniques during labor are considered Non-pharmacological methods that can help mothers cope with this Pain, for that reason this semi-experimental study aimed to know the effect of massage therapy and breathing techniques on severe pain in (30) women during the first stage of labor chosen by in the obstetrics and children's hospital and university Tishreen Hospital in Lattakia, where they randomly assigned to three groups: (10) were treated with massage therapy, (10) were treated with breathing techniques, and (10) were treated with massage and breathing techniques together. The researcher used tools to collect demographic data and to measure the pain intensity as determined by the women verbally, and the intensity of the pain as it appears on the face of the women. The study found a decrease in the intensity of pain in the women in the sample when applying both massage and breathing techniques on their own and when applied together during the first stage of labor. The current study recommended massage and breathing techniques during the first stage of labor to reduce labor pain, educate midwives on the importance of massage and breathing techniques in the alleviation of labor pains and train them to apply it, and to conduct research on the effectiveness of participation between the use of other methods of non-pharmacological pain relief and non-participation Among them.

The research concluded to the following: 1) The achieved annual net profit of one dunum planted with Rosemary in Lattakia Governorate has amounted to SYP /200799.48/. 2) The farming revenue of one dunum planted with Rosemary in Lattakia Governorate has amounted to SYP /206901.84/. 3) The total Economical Feasibility from Rosemary husbandry in Lattakia Governorate has amounted to 3,02
Considered inadequate maternity care during pregnancy and delivery largely responsible for the big annual losses for each of the parturient mothers and their newborns. So this study aimed to assess the midwives knowledge regarding the management of s econd stage of labor, and to find out the association between their knowledge and personal data during second stage of labor. This descriptive study was conducted in three hospitals at lattakia city, on a sample of 160 midwife. Results of the study showed that the level of midwives information to the second stage of labor was average, and the study of the impact of personal data on the level of midwives information about the second stage of labor show a statistically significant relationship between age and the level of Midwives Information, and between educational level and the level of their knowledge. The study also showed that There were no statistically significant differences between the experience and the level of information midwives relationship. The study recommends that; installing in-service educational program for Midwives to upgrade the techniques necessary to assess, evaluate and improve the quality of care rendered to laboring women, and to put an emphasis on conducting training course for the Midwives in order to change their malpractices and updating their knowledge with regular supervision on their performance.
This study was executed at Al-Asaad hospital in Lattakia between the period 01/01/2014 and 30/06/2015 and included 95 pregnancies with a prior cesarean (a year and a half before) and also an elective cesarean was executed to 30 patients while a tri al of labor was executed to 65 patients. In studying the delivery way on this section, we noticed the following:  The rate of the vaginal birth after a prior cesarean reached:  69.3% when patients exposed to a trial of labor.  42.8% when patients had an unexperienced pelvis  60% when patients had an experienced pelvis  0% the rateofhysterorrhexisof a prior cesarean after a vaginal birth with a prior cesarean.  0% the rate ofHysterectomy and no parenthood or embryonal death happened.  There is an Abgar Index decrease in the first minute with the new births in the event of a duplicate cesarean delivery twice than it is in the case of vaginal delivery.  When the repetition of the prior indication for the first cesarean, this will lead to the failure of the vaginal birth after a prior cesarean.
This study was made at ALASSAD Hospital-TISHREEN University in-LATTAKIA at the Department of Obestetrics and Gynecology in the period between 1/1/2013 and 1/1/2014. The number of patients the study was 190.Including140 cases have been holding memb rane stripping and 50 cases without membrane stripping. According to Bishop –Scoring index we have estimated the uterine cervix in patients, then a Membrane- Stripping was made. Rate of response was 79.28% in cases of membrane stripping "then 54%in cases " without membrane striping ". In most cases of response ,we need to do the membrane stripping twice.Top of response was obtained when Bishop –Scoring index was between 4- 6 (Moderate ripening of the cervix). Rate of Vaginal Delivery was 87.85% in cases of membrane stripping and 76% without membrane stripping. The complications were limited in the study group included: 1-Infection( 0.58%). 2-Bleeding 0.58%. 3-PROM 1.16%. It means that Membrane Stripping was somehow safe.

In this research, we want to study the kind of expected rate arrival, so we watched rate arrival for the year 2010 in the first branch of the commercial bank of Syria in lattakia city. We expected a relationship between the rate arrival and the time, and find good work planet to organization the work by using queuing theory, we find number of certain servers that to be from 14 to 18 certain to produce service in the shorter time.
The study aimed to investigate labor turnover rate effect on tourism service quality, by determining labor turnover rate effect on service quality dimensions (reliability, sympathy). The study conducted on sample of managers ,labor and hotel customer s in in the Syrian Coast. The study results show that labor turnover rate affects tourism service quality. Whereas there is a relationship between labor turnover rate and service quality. and that there is an acceptable relationship between reliability and the labor turnover rate and a weak relationship between sympathy and the labor turnover rate.
